Airing playoffs on Peacock NFL decides to air its playoff games on Peacock. This just shows they care more about money than their viewers. Anyone retired only has one choice. Not to watch the playoffs.

Terrible streaming quality and app Really buggy, terrible streaming quality, constantly have to re-verify and then still does not find active subscription. Very poorly designed and bad customer service. Can not get refund for unusable app.

I am trying to use NFL+ I am trying to use NFL+, but i have troubles. There is nearly no way to contact the support. You can only talk to a chat bot. A realy bad one for now a days with chatGPT working. He doesn't understand. After trying to talk to him for about half a hour he finaly is open up a support ticket and asks for my email and evry thing else. But at the summary at the end, he had the mail adress wrong. he got only the second part after the point between my to names (and i can see in the chat history that i enterd id right). But you can't change it. So i hade to do it again. Faithing with him half a hour until it starts to open a ticket and reenter ever thing. but at the end the mail adress was wrong again. There is no way proper way to conntact support if you have trouble.

Where is my subscription??!!! So, I am only days in on a paid 1 year subscription, and now I have no access. Everything just went kaput! Trying to contact support is worthless, as their chatbot is like a broken record player that kept repeating things I am not interested in. There was no live person to help! Where did my subscription disappear to?!!! They kept my money and took away my subscription. I do not recommend.
