DENever again Unbeliveable, no I will Never order again there. Order took place 9.12.2014. Up till today no delivery, even if it says "in stock". I'm thinking about to call Police. Tried several times to reach via phone or e-mail without success. Worst shop ever ordered.

NLNo warranty service No warranty service despite the legal 2 year warranty. No response whatever form the store on mail. And if you buy throughout Amazon hey provide only a 90 days warranty service policy so ;-(

GBPurchase of goods I waited for a few days after I placed my order which was showing everything in stock to be told that the spikes I ordered were not available until February? The Items did arrive eventually after about 1 week. I personally will not be using this golf store again.

DKI won´t use this webshop again First example : Order given and at once money withdrawn from my card. No goods, but after many emails is it clear, that the goods are not in stock. After a long waitingtime I cancelled the order, and got the answer, that a refund would be made now. Nothing happened and after many mails and after threats to make my Bank get the money back, I finally received my payment. Second example: Ordered a sweater and a belt. Sweater OK, but belt was a wrong colour and no notifications about out of stock on the website. I have never received an answer to my complaint. and more tha 1 month has passed.

PTbuy 10 golf pride grips, pay but don't get the products hello everyone, i place an Order at 19 February 2015, since that day i sent several emails to costumer service and even try to phone call to their company and none of those services are working... i think i posted 50€ in this situation because they don't even bother to inform costumers that their company is closed(assuming the other post I've read before here), so how can this is possible if a company is closed how can they still get their site working and receiving payments... this is not legal. and im here so i can ask for my refund and end this process. thanks for someone who can help me out with this.
