NLWorst online store ever Tried to cancel an order by mail and phone. They never picked up the phone (more then 100 attempts in a week) and never replied my 10 e-mails. Booked my creditcard right away of course. Still waiting for my money in return. Ignore this company, do not order. It is a disgrace they call themself an internet company.

FRWarning !!!! Fraudulent site !!!! Une bande d'escroc !!! Me: "Hello, A part of my order has still not send, could you tell me when will you do it." They told me that it will arrive in one month and two months later I asked for a refund for this part of my order still had not arrived. They said "OK", in two weeks and then another week and then again 48 hours but I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY MONEY and it's been 4 months since I have nothing and no answers. This is a BAD and THIEVES site, IT HAVE STOLEN me $ 300 = 280 euros

GBVery poor Awful customer service. Ordered in stock golf umbrella on New Years eve. Eventually arrived on 12th January. I realise that there was a bank holiday but nothing on their website said that I would have to wait that long. I emailed twice to cancel order and received no reply. I called at least 20 times and no one answered the phone. They will not be getting any more of my money.

DEBetrayed 283 GBP! I am still waiting for me refund of 283 GBP! Betrayers of golfstoreeurope! I used to order a lot of stuff in this shop and I always was very happy with the way they communicated with me. Now, after ordering 2 new clubs, they used my trust in them to postpone and postpone until I could not take back my money via papyal anymore! They confirmed the cancellation of my order but now they are not responding to anything. I will take them to court! Very disappointing!

GBLost Faith I have bought golf equipment from Amazon, Direct Golf etc. over internet for a number of years and not had any difficulty with purchases. I recently bought trousers and sent them back - refund promised but not yet forthcoming - over a week has passed. I also bought a GPS over two weeks ago and it has not been despatched from warehouse. Getting in contact with Golf Store Europe is almost impossible - my faith is turning to concern. Be wary!!!
