GBPoor service I too am really struggling with this company to get a refund after several promises to do so. Poor service seems to be a real problem here...take the money and then forget about it. I would avoid this company if quality of service is important to you.

PTbuy 10 golf pride grips, pay but don't get the products hello everyone, i place an Order at 19 February 2015, since that day i sent several emails to costumer service and even try to phone call to their company and none of those services are working... i think i posted 50€ in this situation because they don't even bother to inform costumers that their company is closed(assuming the other post I've read before here), so how can this is possible if a company is closed how can they still get their site working and receiving payments... this is not legal. and im here so i can ask for my refund and end this process. thanks for someone who can help me out with this.

GBVery poor. Will not be making another purchase Appalling customer service. Only one response to many emails chasing my garment and phone calls just go to voicemail, which are never answered or responded to. Finally, garment was allegedly in stock and therefore should have been despatched within 24 hours, guaranteed. Garment finally arrived nearly three weeks later. This service is not sustainable.

FRFraud report still in progess I ordered a fairway wood on GSE website the 2014/11/03. Due to their unacceptable delay, i have cancelled this order at 2014/12/11 and have asked them to be refunded. 2015/01/08, GSE finally answered the refund will be processed after i transmitted all my credit card digit, what i have done. Since their last email, today the 2015/01/30, i'm still not paid back. i have two fraud procedures in progress. it's better to stay away of this business i f you want to save time and money.

DENo customer service - unacceptable !!! I ordered a jacket on 22th of december 2014, more than one month later nothing received. No way to contact them by phone, so I sent them 2 emails (second 3 weeks after the 1rst one). Each time with the same copy/paste answer that it's linked to stock issue and I'll received it in 5-7 working days ... but nothing arrived !!! During this time, the website is always showing a product "in stock", what to deduct ? Still waiting a positive sign ...
