I placed my order almost a month ago, they withdrew the full payment of course asap but to date no product even though they said it was shipped via usps and when you use their contact us email it goes nowhere except to noreply. Total scammers. Don't believe anything they say. The tracking link they provided also stated unable to find the tracking number or order number as well when you enter the full number given starting with PAW. They are lying straight out. They will be reported to proper authorities. NOTIFY everyone you know not to order from this company!!!

If I could give a negative stars review… If I could give a negative stars review believe me I would. Ordered a dog bed May 20th, they took the money out of my account immediately. Received an email confirming the order and stated to allow 10-15 business days for delivery. I have gotten nothing since. I have sent multiple emails attempting to get information about my order and have gotten absolutely nothing back. DO NOT ORDER from them!!! Absolute SCAM!!!!!

Order was a little late but was given… Order was a little late but was given regular updates. The bed was absolutely amazing, fantastic quality. My cavachon has never gone near a dog bed in the 4 1/2 years I have had her but she immediately got in to this one and its been a struggle to get her out. I would definitely recommend this bed to anyone.

Paw Academy: Contact me in the next 24 hours. I want a refund! Clearly this company is a scam. After getting tricked into the fake reviews via their Twitter ad -- which were inundating my feed -- I ordered two calming beds on April 18th. When I received my email confirmation, it did not contain a tracking number, only the order number. That should be the RED FLAG right there. And in these reviews, I've yet to see the company's response to that issue. Like the other complaints on here, I emailed twice (with screenshots references) to no avail. I want my money refunded in the next 24 hours, or I will contact a lawyer to get a class action lawsuit filed against this business. Never received order nor any communication Same as many others I've read here: I ordered a dog bed in April from an ad on ... I think it was Instagram. Got an acknowledgement that the order was received, the money was taken from my account, then ghosted. I've emailed them twice directly and once from the website contact form and had NO response, nor, obviously, received the order. Do not get caught up by this bad company!
