If I could give a negative stars review… If I could give a negative stars review believe me I would. Ordered a dog bed May 20th, they took the money out of my account immediately. Received an email confirming the order and stated to allow 10-15 business days for delivery. I have gotten nothing since. I have sent multiple emails attempting to get information about my order and have gotten absolutely nothing back. DO NOT ORDER from them!!! Absolute SCAM!!!!!

Sent copy, NO RESPONSE. initial order was Feb 2022. See ads now for similar pet bed from "gardengeer"----are the crooks still at it?????

Not a trustworthy company. Not a trustworthy company. Ordered this awesome-looking bed for my little girl, and I never got trackin info, nor did I receive the bed. Luckily PayPal got my money back from these scammers. I would rather have had the bed, as it looks wonderful, but at least I didn't lose anything. Buyer beware!

My bad experience with this company My experience with this company has been exactly the same as others posted here. I placed two orders for a gray giant anti anxiety bed on April 24, 2022, and received two “thank you for your order” emails for order No. PAW-R38BAHXFA1P3 and PAW-8G0QW5XSXGEI. The next day I emailed them at support to cancel one of the beds (GEI). Today is May 12th and I haven’t received confirmation of my cancellation, nor notice of shipping. From experience, lack of communication on the seller’s part means no merchandise and refund.

I was excited to order two large… I was excited to order two large Anti-Anxiety Super Calming Dog Beds, but now I cannot seem to get any update if they've been shipped, on back order, shipping delays???? There is no toll-free number, and the only way to contact this company is via a "support" email that no one seems to be monitoring. I've been billed on AMEX already, and will wait to see if items comes before I dispute for non delivery. Basically, I'm hoping for an update and delivery date.
