About PAW Academy USA

PAW Academy USA was closed for business on August 30, 2022. Unfortunately, there were orders that were not fulfilled due to lack of funds. There are no assets left in the company and we are unable to provide either product or refund. I apologize to those of you who did not receive your orders. I made a bad choice of business partners and lost hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Do not order from this company Do not order from this company! I ordered a dog bed and a water bowl in April and never received it although my card was charged. I also reached out multiple times and got no response. They have 20+ similar complaints on the Better Business Bureau website and have not responded to BBB.

Ordered Ordered, paid for and received email confirmation of order. Although website says 3-4 days delivery, confirmation stated 9-15 business days. Now 30 days later, merchant does not respond to email and still no product. Filed complaint with FTC.

I have ordered a calming bed two weeks… I have ordered a calming bed two weeks ago and no tracking number given, even though email mentioned that it had shipped. I have requested for a tracking number a week ago and still no reply. I have decided to send another email to cancel the order and request for a refund. Never order from Paw Academy, it is a scam. I am going to reverse and dispute the charge from my credit card, if they do not reply within the next two days.

My bad experience with this company My experience with this company has been exactly the same as others posted here. I placed two orders for a gray giant anti anxiety bed on April 24, 2022, and received two “thank you for your order” emails for order No. PAW-R38BAHXFA1P3 and PAW-8G0QW5XSXGEI. The next day I emailed them at support to cancel one of the beds (GEI). Today is May 12th and I haven’t received confirmation of my cancellation, nor notice of shipping. From experience, lack of communication on the seller’s part means no merchandise and refund.

Our experience was the same as everyone… Our experience was the same as everyone else's: no beds received, no contact phone number anywhere. We didn't even get a tracking number. They just took our money and stop communicating. It's been a month since we ordered the beds, and we've sent (7) emails. All of them have gone unanswered. We just filed a dispute with our credit card company.
