DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I ordered a bed and never received it. I wrote them three times and never received a reply other than an automated message saying that I would hear from them in a couple of days. Finally, I contacted my Credit Card company and filed a dispute. They settled it immediately and gave me a credit on my account.

I have ordered a calming bed two weeks… I have ordered a calming bed two weeks ago and no tracking number given, even though email mentioned that it had shipped. I have requested for a tracking number a week ago and still no reply. I have decided to send another email to cancel the order and request for a refund. Never order from Paw Academy, it is a scam. I am going to reverse and dispute the charge from my credit card, if they do not reply within the next two days.

I placed my order on April 26th for 3… I placed my order on April 26th for 3 anxiety dog beds, received confirmation for my order and the...crickets - I was ghosted. My order number leads to nothing, I have made numerous attempts to contact someone with nothing progressing. I have had to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Next will be a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Paw Academy: Contact me in the next 24 hours. I want a refund! Clearly this company is a scam. After getting tricked into the fake reviews via their Twitter ad -- which were inundating my feed -- I ordered two calming beds on April 18th. When I received my email confirmation, it did not contain a tracking number, only the order number. That should be the RED FLAG right there. And in these reviews, I've yet to see the company's response to that issue. Like the other complaints on here, I emailed twice (with screenshots references) to no avail. I want my money refunded in the next 24 hours, or I will contact a lawyer to get a class action lawsuit filed against this business. Our experience was the same as everyone… Our experience was the same as everyone else's: no beds received, no contact phone number anywhere. We didn't even get a tracking number. They just took our money and stop communicating. It's been a month since we ordered the beds, and we've sent (7) emails. All of them have gone unanswered. We just filed a dispute with our credit card company.
