Never received order nor any communication Same as many others I've read here: I ordered a dog bed in April from an ad on ... I think it was Instagram. Got an acknowledgement that the order was received, the money was taken from my account, then ghosted. I've emailed them twice directly and once from the website contact form and had NO response, nor, obviously, received the order. Do not get caught up by this bad company!

Order was a little late but was given… Order was a little late but was given regular updates. The bed was absolutely amazing, fantastic quality. My cavachon has never gone near a dog bed in the 4 1/2 years I have had her but she immediately got in to this one and its been a struggle to get her out. I would definitely recommend this bed to anyone.

My bad experience with this company My experience with this company has been exactly the same as others posted here. I placed two orders for a gray giant anti anxiety bed on April 24, 2022, and received two “thank you for your order” emails for order No. PAW-R38BAHXFA1P3 and PAW-8G0QW5XSXGEI. The next day I emailed them at support to cancel one of the beds (GEI). Today is May 12th and I haven’t received confirmation of my cancellation, nor notice of shipping. From experience, lack of communication on the seller’s part means no merchandise and refund.

Sent copy, NO RESPONSE. initial order was Feb 2022. See ads now for similar pet bed from "gardengeer"----are the crooks still at it?????
