GBMy bad experience with this company My experience with this company has been exactly the same as others posted here. I placed two orders for a gray giant anti anxiety bed on April 24, 2022, and received two “thank you for your order” emails for order No. PAW-R38BAHXFA1P3 and PAW-8G0QW5XSXGEI. The next day I emailed them at support to cancel one of the beds (GEI). Today is May 12th and I haven’t received confirmation of my cancellation, nor notice of shipping. From experience, lack of communication on the seller’s part means no merchandise and refund.

GBOrder was a little late but was given… Order was a little late but was given regular updates. The bed was absolutely amazing, fantastic quality. My cavachon has never gone near a dog bed in the 4 1/2 years I have had her but she immediately got in to this one and its been a struggle to get her out. I would definitely recommend this bed to anyone.

GBIf I could give 0 stars I would If I could give 0 stars I would. I order a bed, got a confirmation say about 14 business days. 28 days later, 5 email (only 1 responded to with bot response that package is "shipping soon") no other contact was had. I ultimately went to my bank 45 days later and co tested the charge to get my money back. Fraudulent company!

GBOur experience was the same as everyone… Our experience was the same as everyone else's: no beds received, no contact phone number anywhere. We didn't even get a tracking number. They just took our money and stop communicating. It's been a month since we ordered the beds, and we've sent (7) emails. All of them have gone unanswered. We just filed a dispute with our credit card company.

GBNot a trustworthy company. Not a trustworthy company. Ordered this awesome-looking bed for my little girl, and I never got trackin info, nor did I receive the bed. Luckily PayPal got my money back from these scammers. I would rather have had the bed, as it looks wonderful, but at least I didn't lose anything. Buyer beware!
