I have ordered a calming bed two weeks… I have ordered a calming bed two weeks ago and no tracking number given, even though email mentioned that it had shipped. I have requested for a tracking number a week ago and still no reply. I have decided to send another email to cancel the order and request for a refund. Never order from Paw Academy, it is a scam. I am going to reverse and dispute the charge from my credit card, if they do not reply within the next two days.

I placed my order almost a month ago, they withdrew the full payment of course asap but to date no product even though they said it was shipped via usps and when you use their contact us email it goes nowhere except to noreply. Total scammers. Don't believe anything they say. The tracking link they provided also stated unable to find the tracking number or order number as well when you enter the full number given starting with PAW. They are lying straight out. They will be reported to proper authorities. NOTIFY everyone you know not to order from this company!!!

Same I wish I had read the reviews it…very upset customer. Same I wish I had read the reviews it has to be someone to investigate a advertised company with a address but no number that is stealing from the public. They only have one positive review and all of the negative reviews seem after the amount of money “donated” by the public the people running this company have to be charged with a felony. They don’t even have a legal address. I too ordered giant sized beds and were sent a Eskimo hat. Vow someone’s going to pay after the reviews on this site.

My bad experience with this company My experience with this company has been exactly the same as others posted here. I placed two orders for a gray giant anti anxiety bed on April 24, 2022, and received two “thank you for your order” emails for order No. PAW-R38BAHXFA1P3 and PAW-8G0QW5XSXGEI. The next day I emailed them at support to cancel one of the beds (GEI). Today is May 12th and I haven’t received confirmation of my cancellation, nor notice of shipping. From experience, lack of communication on the seller’s part means no merchandise and refund.

I was excited to order two large… I was excited to order two large Anti-Anxiety Super Calming Dog Beds, but now I cannot seem to get any update if they've been shipped, on back order, shipping delays???? There is no toll-free number, and the only way to contact this company is via a "support" email that no one seems to be monitoring. I've been billed on AMEX already, and will wait to see if items comes before I dispute for non delivery. Basically, I'm hoping for an update and delivery date.
