GBOur experience was the same as everyone… Our experience was the same as everyone else's: no beds received, no contact phone number anywhere. We didn't even get a tracking number. They just took our money and stop communicating. It's been a month since we ordered the beds, and we've sent (7) emails. All of them have gone unanswered. We just filed a dispute with our credit card company.

GBnever received the bed I ordered of… never received the bed I ordered or refund. No phone to contact company; at one time I received email request to PROVE I HAD PLACED THE ORDER (?in April?)! Sent copy, NO RESPONSE. initial order was Feb 2022. See ads now for similar pet bed from "gardengeer"----are the crooks still at it?????

GBIf I could give 0 stars I would If I could give 0 stars I would. I order a bed, got a confirmation say about 14 business days. 28 days later, 5 email (only 1 responded to with bot response that package is "shipping soon") no other contact was had. I ultimately went to my bank 45 days later and co tested the charge to get my money back. Fraudulent company!

GBDo not order from this company Do not order from this company! I ordered a dog bed and a water bowl in April and never received it although my card was charged. I also reached out multiple times and got no response. They have 20+ similar complaints on the Better Business Bureau website and have not responded to BBB.

GBI placed my order on April 26th for 3… I placed my order on April 26th for 3 anxiety dog beds, received confirmation for my order and the...crickets - I was ghosted. My order number leads to nothing, I have made numerous attempts to contact someone with nothing progressing. I have had to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Next will be a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
