GBFAKE Website, SCAMMERS!!!! I ordered 2 Giant Pet Beds on 9/26/21. Received an email confirmation and tracking number right away. After almost a month of no tracking updates, no email response from PAW Academy USA ( there's no contact number), I submitted a claim with paypal to get a refund. PayPal contacted PAW Academy USA and received no feedback as well and issued me a refund. Definitely be aware of scam websites that look real...

GBI was excited to order two large… I was excited to order two large Anti-Anxiety Super Calming Dog Beds, but now I cannot seem to get any update if they've been shipped, on back order, shipping delays???? There is no toll-free number, and the only way to contact this company is via a "support" email that no one seems to be monitoring. I've been billed on AMEX already, and will wait to see if items comes before I dispute for non delivery. Basically, I'm hoping for an update and delivery date. GBIf I could rate -0 I would If I could rate -0 I would. I placed my order almost a month ago, they withdrew the full payment of course asap but to date no product even though they said it was shipped via usps and when you use their contact us email it goes nowhere except to noreply. Total scammers. Don't believe anything they say. The tracking link they provided also stated unable to find the tracking number or order number as well when you enter the full number given starting with PAW. They are lying straight out. They will be reported to proper authorities. NOTIFY everyone you know not to order from this company!!!

GBIf I could give 0 stars I would If I could give 0 stars I would. I order a bed, got a confirmation say about 14 business days. 28 days later, 5 email (only 1 responded to with bot response that package is "shipping soon") no other contact was had. I ultimately went to my bank 45 days later and co tested the charge to get my money back. Fraudulent company!

GBOur experience was the same as everyone… Our experience was the same as everyone else's: no beds received, no contact phone number anywhere. We didn't even get a tracking number. They just took our money and stop communicating. It's been a month since we ordered the beds, and we've sent (7) emails. All of them have gone unanswered. We just filed a dispute with our credit card company.
