GBSame I wish I had read the reviews it…very upset customer. Same I wish I had read the reviews it has to be someone to investigate a advertised company with a address but no number that is stealing from the public. They only have one positive review and all of the negative reviews seem after the amount of money “donated” by the public the people running this company have to be charged with a felony. They don’t even have a legal address. I too ordered giant sized beds and were sent a Eskimo hat. Vow someone’s going to pay after the reviews on this site.

GBDO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I ordered a bed and never received it. I wrote them three times and never received a reply other than an automated message saying that I would hear from them in a couple of days. Finally, I contacted my Credit Card company and filed a dispute. They settled it immediately and gave me a credit on my account.

GBPaw Academy: Contact me in the next 24 hours. I want a refund! Clearly this company is a scam. After getting tricked into the fake reviews via their Twitter ad -- which were inundating my feed -- I ordered two calming beds on April 18th. When I received my email confirmation, it did not contain a tracking number, only the order number. That should be the RED FLAG right there. And in these reviews, I've yet to see the company's response to that issue. Like the other complaints on here, I emailed twice (with screenshots references) to no avail. I want my money refunded in the next 24 hours, or I will contact a lawyer to get a class action lawsuit filed against this business. GBMy bad experience with this company My experience with this company has been exactly the same as others posted here. I placed two orders for a gray giant anti anxiety bed on April 24, 2022, and received two “thank you for your order” emails for order No. PAW-R38BAHXFA1P3 and PAW-8G0QW5XSXGEI. The next day I emailed them at support to cancel one of the beds (GEI). Today is May 12th and I haven’t received confirmation of my cancellation, nor notice of shipping. From experience, lack of communication on the seller’s part means no merchandise and refund.

GBIf I could give a negative stars review… If I could give a negative stars review believe me I would. Ordered a dog bed May 20th, they took the money out of my account immediately. Received an email confirming the order and stated to allow 10-15 business days for delivery. I have gotten nothing since. I have sent multiple emails attempting to get information about my order and have gotten absolutely nothing back. DO NOT ORDER from them!!! Absolute SCAM!!!!!
