Company is a scam I wish I had checked here first because as it turns out this company is a scam. I ordered one of their dog beds and my credit card was immediately charged but I never received a tracking number as promised nor have I received the bed even though it's been over a month. I lost $20.00 but hopefully I can prevent someone else from being ripped off.

I placed my order on April 26th for 3… I placed my order on April 26th for 3 anxiety dog beds, received confirmation for my order and the...crickets - I was ghosted. My order number leads to nothing, I have made numerous attempts to contact someone with nothing progressing. I have had to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Next will be a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Never received order nor any communication Same as many others I've read here: I ordered a dog bed in April from an ad on ... I think it was Instagram. Got an acknowledgement that the order was received, the money was taken from my account, then ghosted. I've emailed them twice directly and once from the website contact form and had NO response, nor, obviously, received the order. Do not get caught up by this bad company!

Not a trustworthy company. Not a trustworthy company. Ordered this awesome-looking bed for my little girl, and I never got trackin info, nor did I receive the bed. Luckily PayPal got my money back from these scammers. I would rather have had the bed, as it looks wonderful, but at least I didn't lose anything. Buyer beware!

Paw Academy: Contact me in the next 24 hours. I want a refund! Clearly this company is a scam. After getting tricked into the fake reviews via their Twitter ad -- which were inundating my feed -- I ordered two calming beds on April 18th. When I received my email confirmation, it did not contain a tracking number, only the order number. That should be the RED FLAG right there. And in these reviews, I've yet to see the company's response to that issue. Like the other complaints on here, I emailed twice (with screenshots references) to no avail. I want my money refunded in the next 24 hours, or I will contact a lawyer to get a class action lawsuit filed against this business.
