Outstanding!! What made my experience with Biker’s Universe OUTSTANDING was the customer care I received. The first vest that I ordered was too small. I called for a return authorization. I spoke with a live person, and he not only issued my return authorization, but he made sure I received my follow up order the very next day. Now that’s what I call service! He was very polite and extremely efficient. I will definitely order from Biker’s Universe again. I have also suggested to my friends and family members that they order from them as well.

Great product Sizing chart is useless. However when I did receive the wrong size the return process was fast and easy. I'm also very satisfied with the product itself, high quality. I would definitely order from biker universe again.

Disappointed or Customer service would… Disappointed or Customer service would not recommend doing business with people at all. They seem to be a damn scammer ordered a jacket from them use their chart did not fit. Cannot get them to return a phone call or a message to exchange it for the right size do not do business with them
