GBPoor customer service I bought a medium jacket for my daughter for Xmas, and due to wrapping it by the time she tried it on it was past the strict 30 day return policy. I did not want a refund, only to exchange it and customer service was having it. I will not purchase from them again.

GBEDITED I highly recommend. EDITED The company informed me they had technical difficulties with their systems so they could not email me about my exchange order. It has been resolved now with the product. Customer service has been updated and is better than before! The product I received is of extreme quality and the price is right. I highly recommend this company and all its products.
