It has been resolved now with the product. Customer service has been updated and is better than before! The product I received is of extreme quality and the price is right. GBDisappointed or Customer service would… Disappointed or Customer service would not recommend doing business with people at all. They seem to be a damn scammer ordered a jacket from them use their chart did not fit. Cannot get them to return a phone call or a message to exchange it for the right size do not do business with them
