Flawless experience ordering our Foil Flawless experience ordering our Foil. Walked us through exactly what we wanted, shipped when they said, no issues. Product works great. There was a software issue with the wireless trigger, but they have kept us aware of the issue and when the fix will be available.

Maximum FUN ! Amazing product/company Board came in 2 weeks and was updated every step of the way. This board takes place of every toy we have ever had on the water. I have never smiled so hard flying across the middle of the lake effortlessly. This is a must have for anyone that enjoys a weekend on the water, amazing product!

I'd ONLY buy a Foil Board! My entire experience with purchasing my first board & any questions I had went so well I have already ordered a second board. I feel like first Gen boards & releases may have had a few hiccups, but to be entirely honest I have NEVER had a company address issues SOOOO fast. The board is GREAT & Kyle (The CEO has been improving everything daily as well as his team). On top of that everything has been improving in regards to updates/APP/shipping. It is amazing how quickly Foil has responded & addressed feedback. I wouldn't buy any other board as a result & highly recommend to my friends & family. FOIL is the best & US company!!

Warranty honored Foil has been good about responding to a problem that seems to be a mechanical failure in the motor. They have a new motor/mast being shipped to me and I'll return problem motor in same box, warranty honored, no charge, Foil did ship the new parts the same day that they reviewed videos of what motor was and wasn't doing. Also, the battery connection alignment/coupling is not as easy as it could be. Thanks Foil

I recieved my foil on Friday I recieved my foil on Friday, was concerned about taking the prop and end cap off to install the prop guard. I called and you were closed until Monday. I emailed support and did not receive a response until Monday. I looked through the manual, the quick start guide and online as well as your site and could not find information on installing the prop guard. I went ahead and took it apart and installed the prop guard but would have liked to have instructions to make sure nothing was going to fall out when I removed the end cap and how many foot lbs to set the nut too on the prop when I put everything back together. Your support reach out to me on Monday and verified I installed it correctly. Once support reached out, he was very responsive.
