GBGood product, delivery and logistics needs much improvement The product from your company is great. However, the whole experience with shipping and delivery delays was very frustrating...months delayed! I understand you had issue with supply chain that was outside your hands but it made the whole buying process very frustrating. In addition, both the website and my delivery specialist made promises on delivery timeframe that was way off. Apart from this, we are really enjoying your Foil so far and believe there's a great future here.

GBBeginner Experience / Feedback Only got a couple of tries in before the end of last summer. In general I like the board but would love to see handles on the side of the board to pull myself up onto a knee position (see this on many other more expensive boards). Also a hold speed and programmable exponential speed curve feature on the speed control would be nice. You have to be pretty experienced to hold the speed at a constant level while pulling yourself up on a slippery board without any handles. But then again, I was and still am a complete beginner.

GBPoor Product, Worse Customer Service My family's FOIL experience has been very poor. We have owned the board for 2 years and have gotten exactly 15 seconds of use. I have spent countless hours on the phone with customer service and was forced to send back different components for repairs on multiple occasions. Each time a part was returned, yet the Board never worked. The company, after a while, starts to target the consumer and try to blame them for the product failing to work. If i could give a zero rating I would. I would strongly urge those in the market to look elsewhere.

GBThis is my first e-foil and I'm totally hooked ! This is my first e-foil, so I cannot compare to other brands but overall it is a good product for half the price. Delivery was delayed (but everyone had a hard time getting electronic chips that year) and the battery/remote had issues on my first try so I had to ship it back and it got fixed. Customer service was good and made it very easy. To be honest I was expecting to have a few issues ...given the product is new and the price very attractive, so overall I'm super happy. The board design looks good, I would not say foiling is easy at first and I don't think this board is made for beginners but I was able to foil a dozen of times before it got too cold and I'm now totally hooked. Looks like updates and upgrades are coming up this year so this is super exciting.
