GBI'd ONLY buy a Foil Board! My entire experience with purchasing my first board & any questions I had went so well I have already ordered a second board. I feel like first Gen boards & releases may have had a few hiccups, but to be entirely honest I have NEVER had a company address issues SOOOO fast. The board is GREAT & Kyle (The CEO has been improving everything daily as well as his team). On top of that everything has been improving in regards to updates/APP/shipping. It is amazing how quickly Foil has responded & addressed feedback. I wouldn't buy any other board as a result & highly recommend to my friends & family. FOIL is the best & US company!!

GBAntony B and Harry M installing Broadband … Had Antony B and Harry M at my home yesterday installing Community Fibre Broadband. They were friendly and helpful. Considerate ( covering shoes before coming in and hoovering up after drilling necessary holes, returning removed furniture etc. Very happy with the work and way they did it.

GBToo many problems Bought the board. Had multiple issues with board and battery and company wouldn’t give me a refund and has made everything extremely difficult. It worked ok for awhile, but then just too many problems

GBI recieved my foil on Friday I recieved my foil on Friday, was concerned about taking the prop and end cap off to install the prop guard. I called and you were closed until Monday. I emailed support and did not receive a response until Monday. I looked through the manual, the quick start guide and online as well as your site and could not find information on installing the prop guard. I went ahead and took it apart and installed the prop guard but would have liked to have instructions to make sure nothing was going to fall out when I removed the end cap and how many foot lbs to set the nut too on the prop when I put everything back together. Your support reach out to me on Monday and verified I installed it correctly. Once support reached out, he was very responsive.

GBI have only positive things to say… I have only positive things to say about this company. Firstly, as a new company the support by everyone in the company from the CEO downwards has been exceptional. On the product, brilliant experience and where there been issues quickly resolved; these people care about their product and their customers.
