GBI recieved my foil on Friday I recieved my foil on Friday, was concerned about taking the prop and end cap off to install the prop guard. I called and you were closed until Monday. I emailed support and did not receive a response until Monday. I looked through the manual, the quick start guide and online as well as your site and could not find information on installing the prop guard. I went ahead and took it apart and installed the prop guard but would have liked to have instructions to make sure nothing was going to fall out when I removed the end cap and how many foot lbs to set the nut too on the prop when I put everything back together. Your support reach out to me on Monday and verified I installed it correctly. Once support reached out, he was very responsive.

GBGood product, delivery and logistics needs much improvement The product from your company is great. However, the whole experience with shipping and delivery delays was very frustrating...months delayed! I understand you had issue with supply chain that was outside your hands but it made the whole buying process very frustrating. In addition, both the website and my delivery specialist made promises on delivery timeframe that was way off. Apart from this, we are really enjoying your Foil so far and believe there's a great future here.

GBAntony B and Harry M installing Broadband … Had Antony B and Harry M at my home yesterday installing Community Fibre Broadband. They were friendly and helpful. Considerate ( covering shoes before coming in and hoovering up after drilling necessary holes, returning removed furniture etc. Very happy with the work and way they did it.

GBA credit to their trade Antony B and Harry M were outstanding, when there was an issue accesing the pokes yhey sorted and kept in communication ensuring they did everything they could so my briadband installation could be complete. GBWarranty honored Foil has been good about responding to a problem that seems to be a mechanical failure in the motor. They have a new motor/mast being shipped to me and I'll return problem motor in same box, warranty honored, no charge, Foil did ship the new parts the same day that they reviewed videos of what motor was and wasn't doing. Also, the battery connection alignment/coupling is not as easy as it could be. Thanks Foil
