GBFirst I would say I like this foil… First I would say I like this foil being it is my first one. The look and design is for the most part enjoyable. The issue I had was the remote control had to be replaced twice. I’m on my third remote and used it once with no issues so far. The other two units water entered it and rendered them completely useless. I am concerned this unit will fail too. The board arrived with a nice look and finish, but I have marks and a chip that was not created by impact with anything. I will reach out for a chip repair kit. Customer service was excellent. Quality control must be stepped up it will be difficult to endorse Foil Inc.

GBThumbs up for Anthony B and Harry M Anthony B and Harry M installed our new broadband a couple of weeks ago for Community Fibre. We had a few problems getting full coverage and they worked really hard until the system was functioning completely properly. I was really impressed by their service and they were very nice to have around. Highly recommend.

GBNEW Foil board carbon fiber DEFECT The foil board I purchased was used a total of 8 times. On the last ride, the carbon fiber foil fin sheared off. Nothing was hit in the water and the board was not dropped. After falling the fin completely came off. When looking at the fin you can clearly see a bubble in the carbon fiber due to manufacturing defect. After this happened I emailed the support team with photos and the support manager (Kyle Roarke) accused me of falling incorrectly and would not replace the carbon fiber foil fin under warranty. He accused me of lying and wrote me a clear email that he will not be replacing the fin but I can purchase one at a reduced cost. Obviously, this was not acceptable for a $9k board with upgrades. Get Foil, I purchased your board because you are USA made, designed and assembled. Your sales team was clear your team would honor any issues which may come up in the first year. Clearly you are misrepresenting your products and do not stand behind them. I will NOT be purchasing another board or recommending this product to friends and other boats in my community.

GBMaximum FUN ! Amazing product/company Board came in 2 weeks and was updated every step of the way. This board takes place of every toy we have ever had on the water. I have never smiled so hard flying across the middle of the lake effortlessly. This is a must have for anyone that enjoys a weekend on the water, amazing product!

GBI'd ONLY buy a Foil Board! My entire experience with purchasing my first board & any questions I had went so well I have already ordered a second board. I feel like first Gen boards & releases may have had a few hiccups, but to be entirely honest I have NEVER had a company address issues SOOOO fast. The board is GREAT & Kyle (The CEO has been improving everything daily as well as his team). On top of that everything has been improving in regards to updates/APP/shipping. It is amazing how quickly Foil has responded & addressed feedback. I wouldn't buy any other board as a result & highly recommend to my friends & family. FOIL is the best & US company!!
