Warranty is crap and so is the large dog backpack… I bought the large dog backpack for my 30lb dog with the "lifetime warranty". The strap broke on its 3rd use. Repeated calls and emails to the company for a replacement backpack or refund have fallen on deaf ears. No response from the company at all. Spare your dog and yourself injury and heartache. Do NOT buy this product. Save yourself frustration and do NOT buy from this company. They just want your money.

This company is a scam This company is a scam! They take your money but never send you the product you ordered. I’ve been waiting for the waterproof dog jacket since December 27, 2020 and it’s currently July 10, 2021! I’ve reached out multiple times to customer service and had one response about them opening a ticket into this and it was opened in March and never heard back from them!! Don’t waste your money and read the reviews before ordering from these knob heads!

PETYFY IS A TOTAL SCAM! Petyfy is a total scam company! Do not buy anything from this company! I saw their ad on Facebook and placed two orders in December 2020. They took my credit card payment and sent me two confirmation emails that my orders were on their way. They never arrived. After 2 months I emailed asking for refunds with no response, and their website disappeared for a while. I am out almost $79.00.

Complete and total scam Same experience as everyone else. Order items totaling almost $100 and they stated they would provide a full refund and nothing ever happened. Tried calling the phone number on the email and they say they're keeping all of their customer service reps safe from Covid so no one can answer. BIG SCAM!!!! Trying to file complaint on BBB. Do not order anything from this store. SCAM.

I ordered TWO dog jackets in December… I ordered TWO dog jackets in December and in late February I sent an email to the company and like others received an initial response telling me that my package was "lost in the mail". They offered refund or to re- ship my order. I opted for that but they have not responded to any further emails to confirm ! I'm going to dispute the charge with my credit card company! Also the phone number in the email they sent me doesn't work!
