I ordered a jacket for my dog over six… I ordered a jacket for my dog over six weeks ago, it has not arrived and petyfy won’t even answer my emails. So a few days after I posted this I got an email saying that they don’t know where my package is but they were going to give me a complete refund but I haven’t heard from them since.

This company is an absolute scam This company is an absolute scam. Their customer service number is bogus as it will lead you in circles but never to a human representative-- and this is intentional. They ignore all emails regarding returns and refunds and scam you out of your money. AVOID this company at all costs. Their products do not work either.

Scam "company" - Worst customer service ever Order placed 6 weeks ago has still not arrived. Repeated attempts have been made to contact Customer Service - but no response ever received. I can't understand how a company can stay in business after treating its customers so shoddily. Save your self a lot of frustration and don't bother even trying to place an order - they will take your money but fail to deliver. Giving them a 1-star review only because I could not give them ZERO stars!

PETYFY IS A TOTAL SCAM! Petyfy is a total scam company! Do not buy anything from this company! I saw their ad on Facebook and placed two orders in December 2020. They took my credit card payment and sent me two confirmation emails that my orders were on their way. They never arrived. After 2 months I emailed asking for refunds with no response, and their website disappeared for a while. I am out almost $79.00.

Complete and total scam Same experience as everyone else. Order items totaling almost $100 and they stated they would provide a full refund and nothing ever happened. Tried calling the phone number on the email and they say they're keeping all of their customer service reps safe from Covid so no one can answer. BIG SCAM!!!! Trying to file complaint on BBB. Do not order anything from this store. SCAM.
