Warranty is crap and so is the large dog backpack… I bought the large dog backpack for my 30lb dog with the "lifetime warranty". The strap broke on its 3rd use. Repeated calls and emails to the company for a replacement backpack or refund have fallen on deaf ears. No response from the company at all. Spare your dog and yourself injury and heartache. Do NOT buy this product. Save yourself frustration and do NOT buy from this company. They just want your money.

Avoid at all costs As many others have noted, horrible customer service. I’ve been waiting over a month for our order. I have no idea what’s going on as several emails to customer service have been outright ignored. Winter will be over by the time I get this thing. Avoid this company at all costs — not a legitimate operation.

This company is an absolute scam This company is an absolute scam. Their customer service number is bogus as it will lead you in circles but never to a human representative-- and this is intentional. They ignore all emails regarding returns and refunds and scam you out of your money. AVOID this company at all costs. Their products do not work either.

Complete and total scam Same experience as everyone else. Order items totaling almost $100 and they stated they would provide a full refund and nothing ever happened. Tried calling the phone number on the email and they say they're keeping all of their customer service reps safe from Covid so no one can answer. BIG SCAM!!!! Trying to file complaint on BBB. Do not order anything from this store. SCAM.

I ordered my backpack and booties… I ordered my backpack and booties Dec31st, 2020. Still has not arrived! Very frustrating! My dog had spinal surgery Dec. 2nd and I needed the backpack for his recovery. It’s interesting that they continue sending me solicitations but can’t supply my order. Never again from this company!
