PETYFY IS A TOTAL SCAM! Petyfy is a total scam company! Do not buy anything from this company! I saw their ad on Facebook and placed two orders in December 2020. They took my credit card payment and sent me two confirmation emails that my orders were on their way. They never arrived. After 2 months I emailed asking for refunds with no response, and their website disappeared for a while. I am out almost $79.00.

Ordered and while in transit I decided it was best to purchase a pet stroller far less taxing toting around 29lbs male dog for a senior adult. Please note: item is unused. A 30 day Return policy does not include return shipping with several concessions. The cost and time you’ll spend to ship abroad is more of a headache to return a $40 back pack. Your unable to leave a review on their website unless your a “HAPPY CUSTOMER” and clearly the reviews are bias. Horrible REFUND/RETURN policy and sub standard business practice!

This company is a scam This company is a scam! They take your money but never send you the product you ordered. I’ve been waiting for the waterproof dog jacket since December 27, 2020 and it’s currently July 10, 2021! I’ve reached out multiple times to customer service and had one response about them opening a ticket into this and it was opened in March and never heard back from them!! Don’t waste your money and read the reviews before ordering from these knob heads!

Avoid at all costs As many others have noted, horrible customer service. I’ve been waiting over a month for our order. I have no idea what’s going on as several emails to customer service have been outright ignored. Winter will be over by the time I get this thing. Avoid this company at all costs — not a legitimate operation.

I ordered a jacket for my dog over six… I ordered a jacket for my dog over six weeks ago, it has not arrived and petyfy won’t even answer my emails. So a few days after I posted this I got an email saying that they don’t know where my package is but they were going to give me a complete refund but I haven’t heard from them since.
