GBHORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!! Can never reach anyone through the 1-888 “customer service” number, all recordings directing you to the “office” email where they do not respond! NO PRODUCT EVER RECEIVED - it’s been about three weeks and NO tracking data since they do not provide any CARRIER data! So far, they OWE me $$$ or product, I just want a refund now!

GBNot a good product! While it looks nice in the bag, it is not strong quality nor designed with strength to carry a 10 pound bag. It is visibly appealing, but was extremely challenging to get my dog in and when finally in, she looked extremely uncomfortable. The sizing is not accurate and will not support your pet. Imagine a grocery bag made of fabric with heavy items in it. That’s what it looks like. Zero support.

GBTerrible customer service Ten days ago, I ordered a waterproof jacket and got an immediate confirmation email, but no order number. I have not received any updates letting me know the product has shipped. And two attempts to contact the company have produced no responses. My credit card has already been processed and I have no way to cancel the order. I'll probably buy a different jacket elsewhere and return this one for a refund if it ever arrives.

GBSCAMMERS!! SCAMMERS!!! Placed an order that was acknowledged on 12/29/20. Money was debited from my account. Never received item and company has not responded to multiple emails...phone number provided takes you to a dead end. Shame on the social media platforms who allow scammers to advertise. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

GBAvoid at all costs As many others have noted, horrible customer service. I’ve been waiting over a month for our order. I have no idea what’s going on as several emails to customer service have been outright ignored. Winter will be over by the time I get this thing. Avoid this company at all costs — not a legitimate operation.
