SCAMMERS!! SCAMMERS!!! Placed an order that was acknowledged on 12/29/20. Money was debited from my account. Never received item and company has not responded to multiple emails...phone number provided takes you to a dead end. Shame on the social media platforms who allow scammers to advertise. This company is a scam This company is a scam! They take your money but never send you the product you ordered. I’ve been waiting for the waterproof dog jacket since December 27, 2020 and it’s currently July 10, 2021! I’ve reached out multiple times to customer service and had one response about them opening a ticket into this and it was opened in March and never heard back from them!! Don’t waste your money and read the reviews before ordering from these knob heads!

Ordered and while in transit I decided it was best to purchase a pet stroller far less taxing toting around 29lbs male dog for a senior adult. Please note: item is unused. A 30 day Return policy does not include return shipping with several concessions. The cost and time you’ll spend to ship abroad is more of a headache to return a $40 back pack. Your unable to leave a review on their website unless your a “HAPPY CUSTOMER” and clearly the reviews are bias. Horrible REFUND/RETURN policy and sub standard business practice!

Warranty is crap and so is the large dog backpack… I bought the large dog backpack for my 30lb dog with the "lifetime warranty". The strap broke on its 3rd use. Repeated calls and emails to the company for a replacement backpack or refund have fallen on deaf ears. No response from the company at all. Spare your dog and yourself injury and heartache. Do NOT buy this product. Save yourself frustration and do NOT buy from this company. They just want your money.

Never Again!! Order a winter jacket for my dog using their sizing guidance (xxl) and added 1 size up to make sure it was large enough. It took over 5 weeks to arrive and then the xxxl jacket was WAY too small. I contacted them about returning for exchange and was told no exchanges (not their written policy). They offered to send me another correct size BUT ONLY IF I PAID an additional 50% of the cost of the jacket plus shipping. Do not buy from this company!!!!!!
