My dog had spinal surgery Dec. 2nd and I needed the backpack for his recovery. It’s interesting that they continue sending me solicitations but can’t supply my order. Never again from this company!

Complete and total scam Same experience as everyone else. Order items totaling almost $100 and they stated they would provide a full refund and nothing ever happened. Tried calling the phone number on the email and they say they're keeping all of their customer service reps safe from Covid so no one can answer. BIG SCAM!!!! Trying to file complaint on BBB. Do not order anything from this store. SCAM.

Only giving one star because I’m forced… Only giving one star because I’m forced to give it. I placed an order on 12/10 ORDER PETYFY#30183 . Was given an order number and tracking number. Yet the tracking number goes NOWHERE!! Tried emailing this company several times without response. Wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. Will be calling my credit card company to report fraud/scam. Do NOT buy from this place without a doubt a scam!

PETYFY IS A TOTAL SCAM! Petyfy is a total scam company! Do not buy anything from this company! I saw their ad on Facebook and placed two orders in December 2020. They took my credit card payment and sent me two confirmation emails that my orders were on their way. They never arrived. After 2 months I emailed asking for refunds with no response, and their website disappeared for a while. I am out almost $79.00.

I purchased a vest that did not fit my… I purchased a vest that did not fit my dog. The company makes it impossible to return. Awful customer service. They provided a mailing address in Austria if I " insist" on return, but they generally declined it. Not a company worth anyone's support or your money given the way they treat customers.
