Their customer service number is bogus as it will lead you in circles but never to a human representative-- and this is intentional. They ignore all emails regarding returns and refunds and scam you out of your money. AVOID this company at all costs. Their products do not work either.

GBNot a good product! While it looks nice in the bag, it is not strong quality nor designed with strength to carry a 10 pound bag. It is visibly appealing, but was extremely challenging to get my dog in and when finally in, she looked extremely uncomfortable. The sizing is not accurate and will not support your pet. Imagine a grocery bag made of fabric with heavy items in it. That’s what it looks like. Zero support.

GBPETYFY IS A TOTAL SCAM! Petyfy is a total scam company! Do not buy anything from this company! I saw their ad on Facebook and placed two orders in December 2020. They took my credit card payment and sent me two confirmation emails that my orders were on their way. They never arrived. After 2 months I emailed asking for refunds with no response, and their website disappeared for a while. I am out almost $79.00.

Ordered and while in transit I decided it was best to purchase a pet stroller far less taxing toting around 29lbs male dog for a senior adult. Please note: item is unused. A 30 day Return policy does not include return shipping with several concessions. The cost and time you’ll spend to ship abroad is more of a headache to return a $40 back pack. Your unable to leave a review on their website unless your a “HAPPY CUSTOMER” and clearly the reviews are bias. Horrible REFUND/RETURN policy and sub standard business practice!

GBHORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!! Can never reach anyone through the 1-888 “customer service” number, all recordings directing you to the “office” email where they do not respond! NO PRODUCT EVER RECEIVED - it’s been about three weeks and NO tracking data since they do not provide any CARRIER data! So far, they OWE me $$$ or product, I just want a refund now!
