GBI ordered a jacket for my dog over six… I ordered a jacket for my dog over six weeks ago, it has not arrived and petyfy won’t even answer my emails. So a few days after I posted this I got an email saying that they don’t know where my package is but they were going to give me a complete refund but I haven’t heard from them since.

GBNot a good product! While it looks nice in the bag, it is not strong quality nor designed with strength to carry a 10 pound bag. It is visibly appealing, but was extremely challenging to get my dog in and when finally in, she looked extremely uncomfortable. The sizing is not accurate and will not support your pet. Imagine a grocery bag made of fabric with heavy items in it. That’s what it looks like. Zero support.

GBHORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!! Can never reach anyone through the 1-888 “customer service” number, all recordings directing you to the “office” email where they do not respond! NO PRODUCT EVER RECEIVED - it’s been about three weeks and NO tracking data since they do not provide any CARRIER data! So far, they OWE me $$$ or product, I just want a refund now!

GBNever Again!! Order a winter jacket for my dog using their sizing guidance (xxl) and added 1 size up to make sure it was large enough. It took over 5 weeks to arrive and then the xxxl jacket was WAY too small. I contacted them about returning for exchange and was told no exchanges (not their written policy). They offered to send me another correct size BUT ONLY IF I PAID an additional 50% of the cost of the jacket plus shipping. Do not buy from this company!!!!!!

GBDO NOT order from this company DO NOT order from this company. They charged my account and two months later, no word, updates, response to my inquiry on when dog jackets would arrive. SCAM company -- I'm not going to order anything I see on FB or Insta accounts again. Thankfully, PayPal refunded my money. BUYER BEWARE.
