The delivery was as promised within the two to three week time frame . No damage to equipment during delivery. The CRS800S is I well built piece of equipment!

We were given expert facts about each and which was available. When we decided on one, the delivery was timely. We were kept informed of each step. Delivered on time and expertly wrapped for shipping. The delivery was to the inside of our garage. Every step was exactly as promised.

Spirit 800 recumbent stepper Spoke with Israel about purchasing a NuStep unit. After talking at length about my needs, issues etc. I ultimately purchased a Spirit machine for a better price that has more options. I had reviewed them both but the professional opinion helped with the decision. His knowledge of his equipment was fantastic. No pushing to go with either unit just information. Delivery was great, driver came when i was told and brought into garage for me. Havent gotten it together yet as life has been a bit hectic but Im sure I will love it. Big thank you Israel!

I was looking to replace a treadmill… I was looking to replace a treadmill and inquired advice from different sources to learn as much as possible and which piece of equipment was best for my needs. I called Fitness Equipment Broker on a Saturday evening and Israel answered the phone. He was by far the most helpful and knowledgeable He spoke about and recommended the Spirit CRS800S recumbent stepper for my needs. I was not familiar with this equipment and did some online research and only learned that everything Israel had told me was true. I purchase the stepper and it was delivered in 2 weeks via ABF Freight lines. I assembled it myself and was not that difficult. I must say this might be my best online experience I’ve ever had, price, service, advice and follow through could not be better.
