I called in early January hoping to buy a specific piece of equipment but there were none to be had. Israel took the time to personally make a recommendation more suited to my needs. Delivery and setup were flawless. Unfortunately part of my physical disability made it impossible for me to use my new machine. Just one call with Israel and we believe that my problem will be solved. Apparently I am not the first person to have trouble with my leg. With Israel’s help I will be getting an accessory that we hope will solve my problem. Once I receive my leg stabilization kit I plan to get moving and to get in better shape. I was looking to replace a treadmill… I was looking to replace a treadmill and inquired advice from different sources to learn as much as possible and which piece of equipment was best for my needs. I called Fitness Equipment Broker on a Saturday evening and Israel answered the phone. He was by far the most helpful and knowledgeable He spoke about and recommended the Spirit CRS800S recumbent stepper for my needs. I was not familiar with this equipment and did some online research and only learned that everything Israel had told me was true. I purchase the stepper and it was delivered in 2 weeks via ABF Freight lines. I assembled it myself and was not that difficult. I must say this might be my best online experience I’ve ever had, price, service, advice and follow through could not be better.

Spirit 800 recumbent stepper Spoke with Israel about purchasing a NuStep unit. After talking at length about my needs, issues etc. I ultimately purchased a Spirit machine for a better price that has more options. I had reviewed them both but the professional opinion helped with the decision. His knowledge of his equipment was fantastic. No pushing to go with either unit just information. Delivery was great, driver came when i was told and brought into garage for me. Havent gotten it together yet as life has been a bit hectic but Im sure I will love it. Big thank you Israel!
