Assembly, although time consuming was simple and straightforward. The machine is awesome! The motion arms must be carefully placed in order to swivel the chair for exiting or the armrests will contact them. This is for the SPirit CRS800S

I was looking to replace a treadmill… I was looking to replace a treadmill and inquired advice from different sources to learn as much as possible and which piece of equipment was best for my needs. I called Fitness Equipment Broker on a Saturday evening and Israel answered the phone. He was by far the most helpful and knowledgeable He spoke about and recommended the Spirit CRS800S recumbent stepper for my needs. I was not familiar with this equipment and did some online research and only learned that everything Israel had told me was true. I purchase the stepper and it was delivered in 2 weeks via ABF Freight lines. I assembled it myself and was not that difficult. I must say this might be my best online experience I’ve ever had, price, service, advice and follow through could not be better.
