GBHad the part when I couldn't find it elsewhere. My high rating is for them having a part for a exercise bike that was about 15 years old. Not only did they have the part, they sent me a couple of pictures of the part to insure it was the part I needed. The price was fair and they shipped it right away. Within a week I had my bike and exercise regime back in action! Thanks again!!

GBGreat Customer Service The initial part from the manufacture was out of spec, I reached out to the support team and got an fast call back and worked through what the issue was. They communicated through the process of the replacement item and facilitated a fast replacement.
