Fast delivery Fast delivery, excellent communication. After extensive research I chose the Horizon 7.8 for my next treadmill. The online ordering process was quick and easy. The site and subsequent emails laid out the delivery process. I ordered on a Saturday and was pleasantly surprised to have my treadmill delivered and set up on Thursday. Only had the treadmill a few days but based on my experience with the company so far, I'm expecting great things.

Product, Price, Reviews, Website Product and Price (plus favorable customer reviews) made sense for me. Moreover, the website was clear and easy-to-follow all the way through to confirming the sale.

Poorly put together I do not like the fact that my treadmill has exposed colored wires that are between the back of the handrails behind the monitor. BTW just received treadmill yesterday and paid over $300 for it to be put together and was told by the waranty department that the exposed wires are supposed to be there and their is nothing they can do about it. I wish they had an option to upload images.

So far this treadmill is great! So far this treadmill is great! There are a few things I wish would be better but over I think it's a super solid treadmill for the price. If I was to make it perfect, I wish the speakers were a little bit louder. The knobs to increase or decrease incline and speed are super easy to move so I have been finding myself brushing up on them when running and having to adjust them back to my desired settings. The tablet holder moves a little bit and makes noise so that's kind of annoying also. Aside from those things though it really is great.
