GBProduct customer questions assistance. I wish the website had more videos and customer reviews on the treadmills. I found way more information someplace else. I also wish the company had a chat where you could ask questions. this would help a lot.

GBEasy Peasy! New TM On The Way! The process to make my purchase was efficient and easy with no glitches! I am impressed. Just hope the delivery and product experience is the same. I previously had a used Horizon 2.0 treadmill and it served its time well. Looking forward to a new version!

GBThe 202 The LTL delivery guy was great; we quickly loaded it from the back of the semi-trailer to the bed of my pickup so that I could bring it up to my garage and into the house. The product was packaged in way that kept all the components safe during transit. Assembly was a breeze with the instructions; the user manual was likewise very descriptive. The machine is sturdy and performs well. We love the Bluetooth speakers for listening to and watching things during a workout.

GBI was sent a defective bike I was sent a defective bike. I called customer support and was passed back and forth for about an hour. Their solution was not to send me a new bike but to put a “fix” on equipment that was never used. This tells me it a known problem and that they don’t back their products. Also, if you want to return the bike then it will cost me $155 and. 20% restocking fee. Ridiculous!! I asked the company to call me and was told oh we don’t do that. What kind of service is Horizon running…not a good one. The only reason it has 1 star is because it’s required. Do not purchase from this company! I am still having to deal with this 5 days after reaching out the first time!
