Great treadmill We ordered a treadmill from Horizon and it arrived within a week. Great communication throughout the order processing, shipment and delivery. We're only a few days in of testing the treadmill itself, but so far I'm impressed.

The 202 The LTL delivery guy was great; we quickly loaded it from the back of the semi-trailer to the bed of my pickup so that I could bring it up to my garage and into the house. The product was packaged in way that kept all the components safe during transit. Assembly was a breeze with the instructions; the user manual was likewise very descriptive. The machine is sturdy and performs well. We love the Bluetooth speakers for listening to and watching things during a workout.

Received used/returned product The product I received is certainly a used/returned or repacked product.the parts are not in boxes but are taped together in the box.assembled proudly is functional

Delivery company is a joke! The delivery company they use is a joke. I have contacted them two times by phone to schedule my delivery window. Both times they are unable get ahold of my delivery driver to schedule a delivery. Meanwhile the treadmill I have ordered shows it’s been sitting in my destination city for seven days now and I was told to call back tomorrow. Whiskey Tango Foxtrot!
