The chill pod does not keep water cold… The chill pod does not keep water cold for much time at all. Maybe 2-3 hours. I put 3 gallons of ice in after adding very cold water to begin with. Within 2 hours there was no ice and the water was very tolerable. We keep it in complete shade. I would need to add A LOT of ice daily to even make it useable. Very poor insulation.

Horrible experience Horrible experience all around. Received pod but no chiller. Have been trying to get in contact with them for over a month with no response. No refund, no product, no response. The company seems to be a complete fraud. Spend the money elsewhere

If I could give 0 stars If I could give 0 stars, I would. I placed the order and cancelled it immediately. They sent the pod to me anyway. I rejected it and returned it back. I took pics and returned it well within the 15 days that’s required to get a refund. Abdul tells me that it’s in management escalation. Let’s just say it’s been 4 months and still no refund. This company is fraudulent and apparently there’s more people on trust pilot indicating the same thing. Horrible company

Worth the wait 👍 Coped my chillpod last month and let me tell you, I am absolutely blown away by this product! I was a bit skeptical at first, but after using it a few times, I can confidently say that it's one of the best investments I've made for my post-workout recovery routine. It's easy to use, and materials feels durable. I was also impressed by how much ice and water it can hold. I was initially disappointed that my delivery was delayed, but thanks to customer service team for keeping me updated and going above and beyond to make things right, it was worth the wait !

Terrible - the worst This company is awful. Do not buy from them. Shipping took so long, and I had paid for expedited shipping. It arrived, my husband barely opened the packaging before concluding it was cheap. We didn’t even bother opening the chiller. It took them nearly two months to send me the address to return, “free returns” means you’ll pay shipping and they reimburse you. Their website says 90 days free returns on the product page, but then when you navigate to the return policy page it says 60 days. They didn’t even get me labels within the 60 day window. I’m still waiting to see if they refund me. If not, I have saved all emails and will pursue litigation. I’m so angry with their terrible customer service.
