GB***DO NOT BUY!!!*** Product leaked the… ***DO NOT BUY!!!*** Product leaked the first time I filled it. Reached out to customer service, responses have been super slow, I explained the entire issue in my emails, only to have the rep ask me what my issue was. I have logged a formal complaint through the Better Business Bureau and notified this company I have done so, WITH PROOF of complaint, and still no response. Don’t waste your time or money. This is a scam company for sure. I am so mad I didn’t do my due diligence before purchasing.

GBCheap quality. Rip off Cheap quality cant believe this thin poor quality Vinyl sell for over 100 dollars My seams leaked after 2 uses. Great marketing though. All the money went to marketing instead of a quality product. What a disappointment.

GBHorrible Customer Service This was purchased as a gift. Item took over 6 weeks to be delivered, with no communication, other than it shipped. Leaked during first use. Have sent several emails with the template respose: CCan you please tell us if the leak was there upon arrival? Also, please send us a video highlighting the issue. We will reship you a new one for free." I have received this response 3 times, after I have replied with my answer and pictures. I really wanted this to work, but the customer service is horrible.

GBIf I could give 0 stars If I could give 0 stars, I would. I placed the order and cancelled it immediately. They sent the pod to me anyway. I rejected it and returned it back. I took pics and returned it well within the 15 days that’s required to get a refund. Abdul tells me that it’s in management escalation. Let’s just say it’s been 4 months and still no refund. This company is fraudulent and apparently there’s more people on trust pilot indicating the same thing. Horrible company

GBHow hard is it to ship an item in 8 days? Apparently, very. I placed an order got notice it processed and shipped, but 8 days later USPS still hasn’t received the item to ship. I am attempting to cancel my order and I have disputed the charge with my credit card company.
