It's been over 4 months, and Abdul informs me via email that it's in escalation that he has a reminder to the finance department. It's not looking good. I will still pursue this based on principles, and will report back if I get my refund.

SCAM The offer returns and refunds per their website but the customer service is the the worst I've ever seen. We didn't open the package, we emailed a million times to get an address to return it to, FINALLY, got that, sent it back and moths later are STILL waiting for the refund though we've been assured a million times through email that it's coming soon. They have zero integrity. BUY ANOTHER BRAND, SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE!!!!!!!!

I was a bit skeptical at first, but after using it a few times, I can confidently say that it's one of the best investments I've made for my post-workout recovery routine. It's easy to use, and materials feels durable. I was also impressed by how much ice and water it can hold. I was initially disappointed that my delivery was delayed, but thanks to customer service team for keeping me updated and going above and beyond to make things right, it was worth the wait !
