Horrible Customer Service This was purchased as a gift. Item took over 6 weeks to be delivered, with no communication, other than it shipped. Leaked during first use. Have sent several emails with the template respose: CCan you please tell us if the leak was there upon arrival? Also, please send us a video highlighting the issue. We will reship you a new one for free." I have received this response 3 times, after I have replied with my answer and pictures. I really wanted this to work, but the customer service is horrible.

Terrible customer service It supposedly took almost a month to deliver the product and then it disappeared from my doorstep. When I tried to contact the company to get some assistance they all but ignored me. I have zero good things to say about their terrible customer service and I'm not able to comment on the quality of the product because I'm out my money and never received the product. How hard is it to ship an item in 8 days? Apparently, very. I placed an order got notice it processed and shipped, but 8 days later USPS still hasn’t received the item to ship. I am attempting to cancel my order and I have disputed the charge with my credit card company.

It's been over 4 months, and Abdul informs me via email that it's in escalation that he has a reminder to the finance department. It's not looking good. I will still pursue this based on principles, and will report back if I get my refund.

Great product ! Shipping a bit long At first I was scared because my delivery took longer than expected but the customer service answered all my concerns 😁, maybe you guys can improve the delivery speed but everything else is perfect ! The ice tub is very convenient and well made.
