GBWhat a horrible company to do business… What a horrible company to do business with. No customer service number only email. No returned emails with issues and complete order wasn't sent. Still waiting on the lid. I will be requesting a full refund from this company. Go a different route for this type of product.

GBCHILLPOD has the WORST customer… This Company has the WORST customer service and zero integrity when it comes to return policy and warranty claims. After waiting weeks to get a return address, I returned an un-opened order on 8/30/23 and someone from the company signed for it at 9:07am PST I finally received an email from Chillpod on 10/5/23 stating that they didn’t receive any of the paper work (receipt, order#) although it was clearly attached jpeg and also embedded within the email chain. Then received another email a week later stating they now have the information (although) I didn’t send any other corresponding email since 10/5/23 to say they will process my order/claim and issue a refund within a few days! It is now 12/22/23 and I STILL HAVE NO REFUND for my Chillpod product! As many have already stated, DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company! There are other ice bath companies with incredible customer service and still priced very competitive. As others have said, STAY AWAY from this company!

GBHow hard is it to ship an item in 8 days? Apparently, very. I placed an order got notice it processed and shipped, but 8 days later USPS still hasn’t received the item to ship. I am attempting to cancel my order and I have disputed the charge with my credit card company.

GBWorth the wait 👍 Coped my chillpod last month and let me tell you, I am absolutely blown away by this product! I was a bit skeptical at first, but after using it a few times, I can confidently say that it's one of the best investments I've made for my post-workout recovery routine. It's easy to use, and materials feels durable. I was also impressed by how much ice and water it can hold. I was initially disappointed that my delivery was delayed, but thanks to customer service team for keeping me updated and going above and beyond to make things right, it was worth the wait !

GBHorrible Customer Service This was purchased as a gift. Item took over 6 weeks to be delivered, with no communication, other than it shipped. Leaked during first use. Have sent several emails with the template respose: CCan you please tell us if the leak was there upon arrival? Also, please send us a video highlighting the issue. We will reship you a new one for free." I have received this response 3 times, after I have replied with my answer and pictures. I really wanted this to work, but the customer service is horrible.
