The massager gun works on tight… The massager gun works on tight muscles. My hesitation is the size, tough for me to use by myself, especially reaching around to the back. It also has an uneven motion and all of a sudden it is pounding, literally bouncing up and down. That makes a smooth massage a matter of constantly readjusting.

Opened and used for 5 minutes and it began to sound like a jet taking off and then quit vibrating. Could restart bu would quit. Packaged and mailed sending info and racking number to customer service requesting a refund. Tracking shows return was delivered and have not heard from anyone since I mailed return. So long story short, so far I am less than satisfied

Poor quality and slow shipping. This took over a month to arrive. The picture also shows two dumbbells and I was lead to believe that I was purchasing two dumbbells, not one. That was extremely disappointing. Aside from that bad experience, the weight changing system is also pretty terrible. 7/10 times you want to change the weight it’ll get stuck. Would not purchase again nor support the company.

Reached out to company after filing a… Reached out to company after filing a BBB and a paypal dispute, asking to please send return labels. Emailed them 9 times. They responded after a usual 5+ day, or so much longer, wait with "why do you want to return?" And then being ignored, so items were refused. Buyer beware.

Misleading Website Misleading Website, They posted Item In stock, So I ordered Ab Stimulator a month ago. Never received Tracking Info or Update. Still a month Later Nothing Received. At Least they could Communicate with Customer. They received PayPal Payment in Seconds?
