We’ve got things squared away and I was able to order the multi grip cambered bar. I expect to receive the bar in a couple of weeks, so hopefully I can update this once the bar has arrived.

The case of the missing Bushing. All responses were received quickly as well as being clear and concise. This made the overall process streamlined and frustration free.

Titan sandbags & slamballs I purchased the 150, 100, 90, 80 pound slamballs from titan fitness last year. They are of the highest quality & I use them at least 3 days a week. Indoors as well as outdoors. This month, I purchased my first 100lb sandbag from titan fitness. It has exceeded my quality expectations & I enthusiastically use it daily. My goal is to purchase the rest ASAP!! These products are the best!!

I made a mistake on one of the orders and had reached out to customer service to try and fix the issue- they were prompt, with outstanding follow through and emailed me back to close the loop directly. Altogether great experience
