GBnot good I ordered two bags of dog food from you around 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting for the 2nd bag to arrive. After waiting for it for over a week I received an email from customer service letting me know not only was my order damaged and sent back but they never shipped out the wellness food as it was on back order. It is unacceptable that it took over a week to notify me of this and even more so that I am still waiting for my food that I ordered over 3 weeks ago. This was my first time ordering from your company and needless to say it will be the last.

GBThe invoice did not match the contents. The invoice in a small box of items stated that two 30 lb bags of dry food should be in the shipment. The bags still have not arrived five days after the box arrived.

GBDelivery took much longer than anticipated, and was late on top of that.! I ordered a 26lb bag of Core dog food. It's the first time I've purchased it online as its readily available at the local PETSMART. However, the convenience of front door delivery, avoiding traffic, using my time for something else, etc., was appealing, not to mention free shipping. Prior to placing the order, there was no mention of estimated shipping time, but how long could it take for a bag of dog food? Well, I received an order confirmation along with an estimated shipment date a week later! So, I ended up having to go to the pet store to buy enough food to get me by until the order arrived, of course when you buy smaller quantities its not as economical so I ended up spending more, waiting longer and making the trip to the pet store I was trying to avoid. Last but not least, the shipment finally arrived 2 days later than it was scheduled to....so, back to the pet store!

GBUnhappy with shipping issues I wanted to try a new dog food for my 10 month Cockapoo because he was starting to scratch more frequently with the food he was on. A new food came highly reccommended so I thought I would try out PetBest to order it. I ordered it on April 2, 2013 and was told I would receive it in 2-5 days. About a week and a half later I called to see where the order was. At that time I was told my order went to UPS and never was sent from there. However no one from PetBest followed up on why it wasn't shipped. They said that they would resend my order. By that time I had already had to buy additional dog food from another source. I finally received my order on April 15, 2013. I probably won't purchase my dog food from PetBest again.
