Slow delivery. I was disappointed with service on this order. Two to five business days turned into 12 days and I received only half of my order. Hopefully, service will improve in the future.

Beware of this misleading and… Beware of this misleading and unresponsive online pet store. After paying a costly $180 for 2 luxury pet bowls, I was delivered one of them faulty with a missing clip making the bowl lopsided and defected. Upon raising this with their customer service team, they had advised they will send out another clip which never came. It’s now been over 3 months without a resolution. They leave loyal customers feeling ripped off and unattended to. Can not recommend this store for this reason. Buyer beware.

Ants in my dog food I got my dog food and it had ants in it. I called support and they told me that I had infected them. When it arrived at my office, where I have my shipments delivered it had ants. Not at my home. I cancelled my subscription. My wet food was fine, just the dry stuff had ants Poor customer service if you ask me and I am out 60 bucks and my time to take a bunch of photos of the ants crawling around. She acted like I was lying to her. I am unhappy.

Sending back order!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would have been more satisfied if I had been advised that the product that I had ordered was not available. I would have cancelled the order. I was sent a product that I did not want, Now I have to find a FEDEX and send the order back, which I am not happy about! I probably will never order from this company again.

not good I ordered two bags of dog food from you around 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting for the 2nd bag to arrive. After waiting for it for over a week I received an email from customer service letting me know not only was my order damaged and sent back but they never shipped out the wellness food as it was on back order. It is unacceptable that it took over a week to notify me of this and even more so that I am still waiting for my food that I ordered over 3 weeks ago. This was my first time ordering from your company and needless to say it will be the last.
