GBbad correspondence If this is perfect guys,then I can honestly say beware. I placed an order had a thankyou message then absolutely nothing no goods no email. It now looks like the site has been discontinued, can't be reached

GBNever shipped my order or told me I went on line to order Blue Buffalo from this company. When I placed the order over the weekend it said I would receive it by the next Thursday. I waited and waited and finally on the following Friday I called them to see where my order was. The girl I spoke to said...oh I was just about to email you because we just shipped your order it was back ordered. Thanks for telling me my dog doesn't need to eat. Then when following my tracking number it was not shipped until the next Monday. I did receive it on Thursday only 2 weeks after it was promised.

GBThe invoice did not match the contents. The invoice in a small box of items stated that two 30 lb bags of dry food should be in the shipment. The bags still have not arrived five days after the box arrived.

GBnot good I ordered two bags of dog food from you around 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting for the 2nd bag to arrive. After waiting for it for over a week I received an email from customer service letting me know not only was my order damaged and sent back but they never shipped out the wellness food as it was on back order. It is unacceptable that it took over a week to notify me of this and even more so that I am still waiting for my food that I ordered over 3 weeks ago. This was my first time ordering from your company and needless to say it will be the last.

GBPrice was good, shipping was terrible I was pleased and excited to find the Wellness Salmon and Venison stew at the price we got it at (with free shipping). However, when they arrived, most of the cans were some level of dented, from kind of to severely. Since that's the kind of thing that compromises the seal on the can and changes the food from food to fatally toxic, that's a problem. There was no padding (bubble wrap, etc.) in the package, so the cases of food were banging around during shipment - not sure if that is what caused the denting (seems likely), or if the cans were dented before they were shipped (some of them were in the middle of a shrink-wrapped case, so not sure how they got dented otherwise), or both. In any case - the food is no longer cheap if i have to throw some of the cans away to avoid poisoning my dog, and i won't order from this company again.
