GBUnhappy with shipping issues I wanted to try a new dog food for my 10 month Cockapoo because he was starting to scratch more frequently with the food he was on. A new food came highly reccommended so I thought I would try out PetBest to order it. I ordered it on April 2, 2013 and was told I would receive it in 2-5 days. About a week and a half later I called to see where the order was. At that time I was told my order went to UPS and never was sent from there. However no one from PetBest followed up on why it wasn't shipped. They said that they would resend my order. By that time I had already had to buy additional dog food from another source. I finally received my order on April 15, 2013. I probably won't purchase my dog food from PetBest again.

GBGreat follow up The first order was delivered wrong with the incorrect product and incomplete. However within 24 hours of discovering the error, both items on the order were delivered to me. They were very responsive and friendly to deal with. I would order from them again because of the way they handled the error with such ease and quickly

GBItems out of stock! I ordered items, and the website showed them as in stock. Paid for them, and only received a partial order. I was told not to worry--the outstanding items would be back in stock in a couple of days. Those couple of days turned into weeks. Although communication was good, shipping was relatively slow compared to other sites I've ordered from. Suggestion: don't indicate that out of stock items are in stock!

GBPrice was good, shipping was terrible I was pleased and excited to find the Wellness Salmon and Venison stew at the price we got it at (with free shipping). However, when they arrived, most of the cans were some level of dented, from kind of to severely. Since that's the kind of thing that compromises the seal on the can and changes the food from food to fatally toxic, that's a problem. There was no padding (bubble wrap, etc.) in the package, so the cases of food were banging around during shipment - not sure if that is what caused the denting (seems likely), or if the cans were dented before they were shipped (some of them were in the middle of a shrink-wrapped case, so not sure how they got dented otherwise), or both. In any case - the food is no longer cheap if i have to throw some of the cans away to avoid poisoning my dog, and i won't order from this company again.

GBI received expired pet food. I was so excited when I found Petbest on the Internet, for they had the products I needed at a cost that was affordable. Unfortunately, when my pet food arrived, it was already past the expiration date. I called the company that manufactured the food and found out the food was over a year old. I called Petbest, and I am now awaiting a new shipment. Meanwhile, my dog is missing his favorite food, and stores in our area do not carry it. Overall, a very disappointing experience, and I am still waiting for fresh food for my pet.
