Items out of stock! I ordered items, and the website showed them as in stock. Paid for them, and only received a partial order. I was told not to worry--the outstanding items would be back in stock in a couple of days. Those couple of days turned into weeks. Although communication was good, shipping was relatively slow compared to other sites I've ordered from. Suggestion: don't indicate that out of stock items are in stock!

Slow delivery. I was disappointed with service on this order. Two to five business days turned into 12 days and I received only half of my order. Hopefully, service will improve in the future.

Delivery took much longer than anticipated, and was late on top of that.! I ordered a 26lb bag of Core dog food. It's the first time I've purchased it online as its readily available at the local PETSMART. However, the convenience of front door delivery, avoiding traffic, using my time for something else, etc., was appealing, not to mention free shipping. Prior to placing the order, there was no mention of estimated shipping time, but how long could it take for a bag of dog food? Well, I received an order confirmation along with an estimated shipment date a week later! So, I ended up having to go to the pet store to buy enough food to get me by until the order arrived, of course when you buy smaller quantities its not as economical so I ended up spending more, waiting longer and making the trip to the pet store I was trying to avoid. Last but not least, the shipment finally arrived 2 days later than it was scheduled to....so, back to the pet store!

Price was good, shipping was terrible I was pleased and excited to find the Wellness Salmon and Venison stew at the price we got it at (with free shipping). However, when they arrived, most of the cans were some level of dented, from kind of to severely. Since that's the kind of thing that compromises the seal on the can and changes the food from food to fatally toxic, that's a problem. There was no padding (bubble wrap, etc.) in the package, so the cases of food were banging around during shipment - not sure if that is what caused the denting (seems likely), or if the cans were dented before they were shipped (some of them were in the middle of a shrink-wrapped case, so not sure how they got dented otherwise), or both. In any case - the food is no longer cheap if i have to throw some of the cans away to avoid poisoning my dog, and i won't order from this company again.

I received expired pet food. I was so excited when I found Petbest on the Internet, for they had the products I needed at a cost that was affordable. Unfortunately, when my pet food arrived, it was already past the expiration date. I called the company that manufactured the food and found out the food was over a year old. I called Petbest, and I am now awaiting a new shipment. Meanwhile, my dog is missing his favorite food, and stores in our area do not carry it. Overall, a very disappointing experience, and I am still waiting for fresh food for my pet.
