GBnot good I ordered two bags of dog food from you around 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting for the 2nd bag to arrive. After waiting for it for over a week I received an email from customer service letting me know not only was my order damaged and sent back but they never shipped out the wellness food as it was on back order. It is unacceptable that it took over a week to notify me of this and even more so that I am still waiting for my food that I ordered over 3 weeks ago. This was my first time ordering from your company and needless to say it will be the last.

GBThe invoice did not match the contents. The invoice in a small box of items stated that two 30 lb bags of dry food should be in the shipment. The bags still have not arrived five days after the box arrived.

GBUnhappy with shipping issues I wanted to try a new dog food for my 10 month Cockapoo because he was starting to scratch more frequently with the food he was on. A new food came highly reccommended so I thought I would try out PetBest to order it. I ordered it on April 2, 2013 and was told I would receive it in 2-5 days. About a week and a half later I called to see where the order was. At that time I was told my order went to UPS and never was sent from there. However no one from PetBest followed up on why it wasn't shipped. They said that they would resend my order. By that time I had already had to buy additional dog food from another source. I finally received my order on April 15, 2013. I probably won't purchase my dog food from PetBest again.

GBAnts in my dog food I got my dog food and it had ants in it. I called support and they told me that I had infected them. When it arrived at my office, where I have my shipments delivered it had ants. Not at my home. I cancelled my subscription. My wet food was fine, just the dry stuff had ants Poor customer service if you ask me and I am out 60 bucks and my time to take a bunch of photos of the ants crawling around. She acted like I was lying to her. I am unhappy.

GBSlow shipping, not warning of the backorder, took money instantly, didn't ship until 4 days later Sad to say that they are not reliable, they could have at least sent an email stating the delay in shipping……….
