GBnot good I ordered two bags of dog food from you around 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting for the 2nd bag to arrive. After waiting for it for over a week I received an email from customer service letting me know not only was my order damaged and sent back but they never shipped out the wellness food as it was on back order. It is unacceptable that it took over a week to notify me of this and even more so that I am still waiting for my food that I ordered over 3 weeks ago. This was my first time ordering from your company and needless to say it will be the last.

AUBeware of this misleading and… Beware of this misleading and unresponsive online pet store. After paying a costly $180 for 2 luxury pet bowls, I was delivered one of them faulty with a missing clip making the bowl lopsided and defected. Upon raising this with their customer service team, they had advised they will send out another clip which never came. It’s now been over 3 months without a resolution. They leave loyal customers feeling ripped off and unattended to. Can not recommend this store for this reason. Buyer beware.

GBI received expired pet food. I was so excited when I found Petbest on the Internet, for they had the products I needed at a cost that was affordable. Unfortunately, when my pet food arrived, it was already past the expiration date. I called the company that manufactured the food and found out the food was over a year old. I called Petbest, and I am now awaiting a new shipment. Meanwhile, my dog is missing his favorite food, and stores in our area do not carry it. Overall, a very disappointing experience, and I am still waiting for fresh food for my pet.

GBbad correspondence If this is perfect guys,then I can honestly say beware. I placed an order had a thankyou message then absolutely nothing no goods no email. It now looks like the site has been discontinued, can't be reached
