I received expired pet food. I was so excited when I found Petbest on the Internet, for they had the products I needed at a cost that was affordable. Unfortunately, when my pet food arrived, it was already past the expiration date. I called the company that manufactured the food and found out the food was over a year old. I called Petbest, and I am now awaiting a new shipment. Meanwhile, my dog is missing his favorite food, and stores in our area do not carry it. Overall, a very disappointing experience, and I am still waiting for fresh food for my pet.

Ants in my dog food I got my dog food and it had ants in it. I called support and they told me that I had infected them. When it arrived at my office, where I have my shipments delivered it had ants. Not at my home. I cancelled my subscription. My wet food was fine, just the dry stuff had ants Poor customer service if you ask me and I am out 60 bucks and my time to take a bunch of photos of the ants crawling around. She acted like I was lying to her. I am unhappy.

Good Price...Slow Delivery / Communication I liked the price of the product I ordered, but would like to see it arrive sooner. My first order took two days to ship, then five days transit based on the shipping method. USPS Priority would cut 2 - 3 days off the transit time. On my second order, it took seven days before they sent me a backorder notice. :( I cancelled and ordered from another vendor, and received the product in two days. :)

Never shipped my order or told me I went on line to order Blue Buffalo from this company. When I placed the order over the weekend it said I would receive it by the next Thursday. I waited and waited and finally on the following Friday I called them to see where my order was. The girl I spoke to said...oh I was just about to email you because we just shipped your order it was back ordered. Thanks for telling me my dog doesn't need to eat. Then when following my tracking number it was not shipped until the next Monday. I did receive it on Thursday only 2 weeks after it was promised.
