Love this rowing machine! Love this rowing machine! Bought the Walnut model during a discount deal in November. It arrived very swiftly, in a matter of days. Arriving in two seperate deliveries and very well packaged. It took me a while to put together on my own. Approximately 2 afternoons. With help from the booklet of instructions and the You Tube video provided. I had to use a pair of pliers with the Allen keys. As some areas where the bolts went in were very stiff. I am very impressed with the swift response of customer services and continued support provided. The rowing machine is of an excellent quality and I would highly recommend to others. Very happy with this purchase. Thank You Topiom!

Bad experience - order cancelled... I wanted to order one of these, placed my order and paid...but unfortunately i received an e-mail (from a chinese guy) that due to "some matters over in their warehouse in Germany", they are not able to send the item and canceled the order #5850 immediately. Asking why, he answered that due to their "warehouse problem" they couldn't send to my address...whatever this means. So not really the best experience and i really doubt the seriousness of this company.

A decent looking rower BUT... A decent looking rower, much like ‘Waterrower’ but the sensor is not accurate with regards to distance and it does not show total number of strokes. Not good if you are trying to beat the last time you used it. I tried to contact Topiom customer service who weren’t at all helpful and eventually told me they don’t sell spares.

Fantastic support service, customer satisfaction is indeed their #1 goal! Bought the Topiom rowing machine from the company's British website topiom.co.uk. Everything was delivered within several days, overall very quick and even faster than I expected. Despite the weathered packaging, the item was brand new and easy to assemble. The assembly instructions could've been better, but it's still very obvious what goes where. Ended up having issues with the footpads, they are indeed placed very close to each other, so if you have thick legs it might be a problem. Still, the customer support did everything to keep me satisfied, which was way beyond what I originally expected. I had my doubts about the brand at first, but I've been actually proven wrong. Good job Topiom!
