Bad experience - order cancelled... I wanted to order one of these, placed my order and paid...but unfortunately i received an e-mail (from a chinese guy) that due to "some matters over in their warehouse in Germany", they are not able to send the item and canceled the order #5850 immediately. Asking why, he answered that due to their "warehouse problem" they couldn't send to my address...whatever this means. So not really the best experience and i really doubt the seriousness of this company.

When I explained that the footplate was coming loose as the screws no longer gripped I was advised to glue it down. Moreover, on revisiting their site I checked out their customer reviews for their latest rower and they appear to have been copied and pasted using about six templates, posted each day! Take a look!

Stay away from this company. You may spend more elsewhere but use a reputable and history proved sales. With many emails back and fourth from the Customer services, I took the plunge. I was told it would be 2 months for delivery. I paid for the rower in May, July came should be seeing the rower. I got 2 planks of wood, used with fragments missing around where the rower bolts together, greasy hand prints and dis-coloured everywhere. 10 days later and still no 2nd parcel. Looking on the DPD website, it says still not given by the company. Stay away from this company, I am getting my credit card company to get my money back. They give you the false sense of security that you will get a copy of the WaterRower but for less, I got 2 planks of wood and 2 months without my money.

Excellent water rower. Ordered Tuesday, arrived Thursday by two deliveries. Not sure why they use two different delivery companies but hey ho. Came within a few hours of each other. Went together really nicely and is a lovely thing to behold. Important as we keep ours in the kitchen. Much quieter in use than we expected, we had air rowers before and they are noisy. Only been a few days but really impressed. Needed to get in touch with customer service. Maxxie has been excellent. 5 stars all round so far!
