CAPlaced order after showing in stock Placed order after showing in stock. No shipment for multiple days so tried to contact. Emailed with no response, phone # goes unanswered and live chat goes unanswered. Finally spoke with a rep who stated as others have noted "held up in port". I asked to cancel order and was told to email their sales dept. Did that and 5 business days later I receive a shipment notification. Again, calls emails and live chat go unanswered. Finally received an email back stating "sale items cannot be cancelled/ refunded" even though the rep I spoke with said otherwise. Sale price is a joke, they inflated the standard and lower to every other retailer. So yeah, terrible experience. Lesson learned, stick with a reputable business. p.s. Shipment notification for multiple days however no progress. So fingers crossed I actually receive the dumbbells... Update: So 20 days from placing an order for an "in stock" item they finally arrived. The wrong weights however but impressed something showed up. Sent email, now the waiting game continues... Hopefully return label/refund but I highly doubt that..

CADelayed shipping and spotty communication, but not a scam Shipping was supposed to occur in 1-4 days. After ordering, was told someone from the warehouse would reach out. Nobody did. Sent messages via chat and called and left voicemails. Nobody called back and responses via chat were sporadic; i.e., either no response or responses came hours later and oftentimes did not address the questions asked. After several weeks of spotty communication and still no dumbbells was getting concerned the whole thing was a scam. Eventually though someone picked up the phone and told me of a shipping container stuck at the port of Vancouver. I was offered an instant refund or an adjustable kettlebell at no charge if I was ok to wait. I opted to wait and got the dumbbells shortly afterwards along with the stand. Have yet to get the kettlebell, but trust they will be sent as promised.

CANo customer service No customer service, paid in full and they cant even send it to ups for shipping. Im callong and emailing every adress I can find and its either no answer or the number doesn't even exist.

GBThis product is simply amazing space⦠This product is simply amazing space saving and money. There was a bit of a delay due to extreme weather -40 - temperture in which i was compensated for anways so i cant conplain. Thank you
