This product is simply amazing space… This product is simply amazing space saving and money. There was a bit of a delay due to extreme weather -40 - temperture in which i was compensated for anways so i cant conplain. Thank you

Charged but order not shipped- poor communication My experience is similar to other recent posts- placed an order on June 3 as they were showing as in stock. They processed payment on June 4 and updated the status to shipped, however I then received an email saying the item was on back order. After multiple emails and calls I have managed to get 2 updates- the last one 2 weeks ago saying they would ship by the end of last week. Very unresponsive, poor communication, shouldn’t have been charged for an item if they had no stock and no ability to ship. “Live chat” is not live- waited days for an (unhelpful) response. I’ve now asked to cancel the order but no response. My impression their supply issue may be related to the BC port workers strike- I would have been happy wait if they hadn’t processed payment and if they communicated more effectively. Now I just want my money back.

Nuobells arrived in good condition Nuobells arrived in good condition. Packed very well. They work as advertised and I love that they go up to 80lbs! Perfect addition to my home gym! Just know that you have to be careful and not drop them like you can with traditional dumbbells while getting the last reps with heavy lifts.

Ordered from Axrep Ordered from Axrep. Shipping claimed 1-4 days delivery. Should have been delivered two days ago. No shipping tracking at all. Shipping was very expensive due to weight, but no customer service to speak of. Got ahold of customer service who was unable to give any update on shipping. At this point I may as well have shredded $1300 and it looks like I will probably have to submit a chargeback.
