No customer service No customer service, paid in full and they cant even send it to ups for shipping. Im callong and emailing every adress I can find and its either no answer or the number doesn't even exist.

Nuobells arrived in good condition Nuobells arrived in good condition. Packed very well. They work as advertised and I love that they go up to 80lbs! Perfect addition to my home gym! Just know that you have to be careful and not drop them like you can with traditional dumbbells while getting the last reps with heavy lifts.

Sent two different colors... First I was sent two different color dumbbells, took a week to get the right color replaced, a month later I recieved an email saying its my last warning to return the mistaken dumbbell or i will be charged which i wasnt aware i had to return do to their negligence. It's disappointing I had to go through all this during already a stressful time moving to a new home. Also trying to resolve this issue with customer service, took them a week to reply to each of my email.

Great Product you will not be disappointed Ive used the weights twice since delivery. They are really great, very impressed. I do not regret a thing. Switch weight amount is super easy and smooth. The weights feel like a dumbbells should with almost no rattle.

Ordered these damn weights July 13… Ordered these damn weights July 13 after seeing positive reviews. It's been over a month and there has been no weights, no responses and just now their phone # got cut off. Got scammed. Call you credit card company as they will dispute it for you and at least get your money back.
