GBOrdered articpod and it arrived but had… Ordered articpod and it arrived but had multiple leaks. I reached out to customer service and requested a refund as well as an address to return the item and the reply was that they wanted videos so they could suggest a way to repair it. No refund or return. Stay away from these guys.

GBDont buy this product Dont buy this product, it takes forever to receive, water takes forever to cool down, the water pump is a separate unit and has stopped working after a few weeks, their customer supoort is nonexistent, all they have is a bot that tells you to email customer support or text and all you get back is an automated respose telling you they are backed up. Still waiting on respose 2 weeks later. The cooler leaks,
