you are asking for a satisfaction… you are asking for a satisfaction survey before I have even received my product. Very little shipping information through "shop" No idea of expected delivery date, very unsatisfied with the shipping notifications and lack of expected delivery date.

I had to go to Home Depot and buy plastic and wrap it around the entire unit to maintain temperature. Again, poor quality and customer support. Do not waste your money. “

Dont buy this product Dont buy this product, it takes forever to receive, water takes forever to cool down, the water pump is a separate unit and has stopped working after a few weeks, their customer supoort is nonexistent, all they have is a bot that tells you to email customer support or text and all you get back is an automated respose telling you they are backed up. Still waiting on respose 2 weeks later. The cooler leaks,
