The chiller will not circulate the… The chiller will not circulate the water so it will not chill. I haven’t had any success in getting them to replace it. Very bad experience.

I got my chiller, but it doesn´t chill.. I got my chiller, but as I unpacked it, it was wet as had it allready been used. It circulates, but it doesn’t chill.
