you are asking for a satisfaction… you are asking for a satisfaction survey before I have even received my product. Very little shipping information through "shop" No idea of expected delivery date, very unsatisfied with the shipping notifications and lack of expected delivery date.

I had to go to Home Depot and buy plastic and wrap it around the entire unit to maintain temperature. Again, poor quality and customer support. Do not waste your money. “

This company is a complete scam Ordered a unit and chiller 6 weeks ago. Never got anything. Had a fake shipping number and nothing was delivered but they say it was. They won’t return emails. Stay away.

I reached out to customer service and requested a refund as well as an address to return the item and the reply was that they wanted videos so they could suggest a way to repair it. No refund or return. Stay away from these guys.
