you are asking for a satisfaction… you are asking for a satisfaction survey before I have even received my product. Very little shipping information through "shop" No idea of expected delivery date, very unsatisfied with the shipping notifications and lack of expected delivery date.

I got my chiller, but it doesn´t chill.. I got my chiller, but as I unpacked it, it was wet as had it allready been used. It circulates, but it doesn’t chill.

I am very disappointed with the product… I am very disappointed with the product line. “The chiller does not work. It only acts as a water pump, and does not chill. Their support department responded to my original complaint. And after I did everything they suggested, the chiller still does not work. I gave them my feedback. I sent a couple more messages to them with no response back. This product is horrible. Do not waste your money. I also bought the sauna. Poor quality material. I had to go to Home Depot and buy plastic and wrap it around the entire unit to maintain temperature. Again, poor quality and customer support. Do not waste your money. “
