GBThe chiller will not circulate the… The chiller will not circulate the water so it will not chill. I haven’t had any success in getting them to replace it. Very bad experience.

SEI got my chiller, but it doesn´t chill.. I got my chiller, but as I unpacked it, it was wet as had it allready been used. It circulates, but it doesn’t chill.

GBOrdered articpod and it arrived but had… Ordered articpod and it arrived but had multiple leaks. I reached out to customer service and requested a refund as well as an address to return the item and the reply was that they wanted videos so they could suggest a way to repair it. No refund or return. Stay away from these guys.
