GBartic pod is a scam Ordered the artic pod chiller took a month to "receive " it was emailing back and forth with them because I never got it. They kept sending me different tracking numbers. The last tracking number they send said it was delivered to an address in Florida I live in north dakota no way the address was messed up I confirmed mine with them several times. They won't refund my money or respond to me anymore so I'm out $599 company is a total scam

GBOrdered articpod and it arrived but had… Ordered articpod and it arrived but had multiple leaks. I reached out to customer service and requested a refund as well as an address to return the item and the reply was that they wanted videos so they could suggest a way to repair it. No refund or return. Stay away from these guys.

GBTerrible Experience – Received the Wrong Machine I recently purchased the ArcticPod™ Water Chiller from ArcticPod Store, but the product I received was not what I ordered. The machine I received is not the same as the one advertised on their website, and it does not meet my needs. I contacted their customer support, and they promised to refund half the money, but that's not what I wanted. All I wanted was the correct machine that I initially paid for. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive any response from them regarding this issue. This experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I would caution anyone considering a purchase from ArcticPod Store to be cautious. The discrepancy between the product advertised and what you may actually receive is a major concern. Customer service has been non-responsive and unhelpful in resolving this issue. I hope that this review serves as a warning to others and encourages ArcticPod Store to improve their customer service and ensure that customers receive the products they actually ordered.

GBJust bought mine and like others have… Just bought mine and like others have said it leaks. Complete scam. Haven't heard anything back from the company. Waste of 600 dollars for sure.
