artic pod is a scam Ordered the artic pod chiller took a month to "receive " it was emailing back and forth with them because I never got it. They kept sending me different tracking numbers. The last tracking number they send said it was delivered to an address in Florida I live in north dakota no way the address was messed up I confirmed mine with them several times. They won't refund my money or respond to me anymore so I'm out $599 company is a total scam

I sent a couple more messages to them with no response back. This product is horrible. Do not waste your money. I also bought the sauna. Poor quality material. I had to go to Home Depot and buy plastic and wrap it around the entire unit to maintain temperature. Again, poor quality and customer support. Do not waste your money. “
