GBDeceptive Business and non communicative I purchased this Ice pod Chiller and Sauna combo from Arctic Pods website on 2/19. I received the chiller and set it up and after having it on a for an hour noticed it was leaking water from the bottom and not being able to reach the temps it was being set at. I then reached out to the company for help and they did answer me. However I did the steps and confirmed the item having all of its parts and they told me they would get back to me. on March 23rd the pump cord caught on fire! I couldn't show them a video of the leak because the cord was damaged from it catching on fire. I reached out to get a replacement chiller and they said they would once again get back to me. I heard back that they were going to send me a new cord for the pump which at the time I didn't think would fix the issue. They sent me the cord. I told them that was not what I needed and that was on April 7th and nothing since then. I have sent almost daily emails and no response. I need a new pump to use this item or give me a full refund. I can't use the item without the pump. Do not use this company!

GBI am very disappointed with the product… I am very disappointed with the product line. “The chiller does not work. It only acts as a water pump, and does not chill. Their support department responded to my original complaint. And after I did everything they suggested, the chiller still does not work. I gave them my feedback. I sent a couple more messages to them with no response back. This product is horrible. Do not waste your money. I also bought the sauna. Poor quality material. I had to go to Home Depot and buy plastic and wrap it around the entire unit to maintain temperature. Again, poor quality and customer support. Do not waste your money. “

GBTerrible Experience – Received the Wrong Machine I recently purchased the ArcticPod™ Water Chiller from ArcticPod Store, but the product I received was not what I ordered. The machine I received is not the same as the one advertised on their website, and it does not meet my needs. I contacted their customer support, and they promised to refund half the money, but that's not what I wanted. All I wanted was the correct machine that I initially paid for. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive any response from them regarding this issue. This experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I would caution anyone considering a purchase from ArcticPod Store to be cautious. The discrepancy between the product advertised and what you may actually receive is a major concern. Customer service has been non-responsive and unhelpful in resolving this issue. I hope that this review serves as a warning to others and encourages ArcticPod Store to improve their customer service and ensure that customers receive the products they actually ordered.

GByou are asking for a satisfaction… you are asking for a satisfaction survey before I have even received my product. Very little shipping information through "shop" No idea of expected delivery date, very unsatisfied with the shipping notifications and lack of expected delivery date.
