GBI am very disappointed with the product… I am very disappointed with the product line. “The chiller does not work. It only acts as a water pump, and does not chill. Their support department responded to my original complaint. And after I did everything they suggested, the chiller still does not work. I gave them my feedback. I sent a couple more messages to them with no response back. This product is horrible. Do not waste your money. I also bought the sauna. Poor quality material. I had to go to Home Depot and buy plastic and wrap it around the entire unit to maintain temperature. Again, poor quality and customer support. Do not waste your money. “

GBOrdered the ArcticPod™ Water Chiller… Ordered the ArcticPod™ Water Chiller for Ice Bath on 25 Dec 2023. As of time of edit of review, Chiller only arrived on 2/4. This is after being marketed as shipping via "Express service". Amazed that it did actually arrive, Will post review of actual chiller once used / tested.

SEI got my chiller, but it doesn´t chill.. I got my chiller, but as I unpacked it, it was wet as had it allready been used. It circulates, but it doesn’t chill.
