GBAvoid Vasa gym. Indianapolis, IN - East Thompson road facility. Pros: - Inexpensive monthly fee ($10). - Lots of equipment. Cons: - Someone brought in a bolt cutter, cut my lock and took the cash from my wallet. Told the front desk. They took down my name and number and never heard anything from them. - Different machines broken each week. - People recording themselves. - Machines ripped, missing paddings. - People just hanging around machines. - People using two machines at the same time going back and forth between the two. - People bugging you if you are "done yet" or "how many sets do you have left". - People leaving machines, coming back and saying they are still using the machine. - Bathrooms always dirty. - Locker room constantly smells like weed.

GBVasa Fitness on West 38th street Vasa Fitness on West 38th street. It is an unsafe environment. People carry guns there and the staff doesn’t do anything about this. They allow arguments to happen that has resulted in people being shot.

GBBad customer services Cold pool, over crowded facilities. Filthy showers and dressing room. Bad customer service. Wet in the dressing rooms, fall hazard. Not good customer service. I won't go to vasa fitness again.

GBI wish I could give 0 stars!! I wish I could give 0 stars!!! This place is money hungry and then if you don’t pay the cancellation fees they send your account to collections and it goes onto your credit!!! I had to pay $200.00 to cancel this membership to a gym I went to 1 time! The staff was rude and unwilling to help the 1 time I went and then to have to pay all this money to cancel is a shame! The gym is dirty staff sucks and just an over all bad experience DO NOT JOIN!!!!

GBVASA Fitness sent me to collections for… VASA Fitness sent me to collections for an account that was canceled in 2023 and of which I was not notified. Additionally, when I tried to communicate with the collections agency Aldous & Associates P.L.L.C, they refused to explain the charge to me and did not provide details of my contract or the nearly $500 they are charging. So, I contacted VASA directly to access the electronic contract that I was supposed to have signed but never received a copy of to review. I also informed them that if the debt is legitimate, I am willing to pay it, but I need to verify everything because we went through a cancellation process over the phone, and I was never notified that I needed to send a letter by mail. Therefore, I believe that not only does the company have poor in-person service, lack hygiene in the changing rooms, and have a disorganized system, but it also engages in fraudulent contracts, making charges that it cannot explain and denying its customers the right to defend themselves or know the details of each contract. At this point, due to the lack of accessibility from both companies, I doubt the validity of this charge, which until I have access to review for its accuracy, is not mine.
