Bad customer services Cold pool, over crowded facilities. Filthy showers and dressing room. Bad customer service. Wet in the dressing rooms, fall hazard. Not good customer service. I won't go to vasa fitness again.

It is one of the worst gyms I been too It is one of the worst gyms I been too. They literally force you into signing an offer that’s happening. You can’t cancel a membership till you pay in full no matter what your circumstances is which is ridiculously !!!! Their customer service sucks and they’re so rude and not helpful at all.

Vasa Fitness on West 38th street Vasa Fitness on West 38th street. It is an unsafe environment. People carry guns there and the staff doesn’t do anything about this. They allow arguments to happen that has resulted in people being shot.

These guys are absolute crooks These guys are absolute crooks, I don’t know how anyone could work there and sleep at night. The gym and facilities are beautiful however the lies begin at the initial meeting. I was assured I could pay with my HSA. I told them I could not afford it if that wasn’t the case. When it was denied, they called me at least 6 times a day, asking for an alternative payment info. I told them I couldn’t afford that and needed to cancel. They never listened, but continued to call me until I stopped answer. ( I have to work, I can’t answer their calls all day) when I did that they sent it to collections, $4000 later (for 6 month)they have the audacity to ask if I would want to return to their gym. Nope, never and I will tell everyone I know.
