GBBought a 10$ mat and got charged 50$… Nice practice mat at a good price. I don’t like the idea of being automatically signed up for a $49.95 Monthly subscription when you purchase something but I was eventually able to cancel at no cost. The mobile version of the Website is a bit hard to use.

GBFREE OFFER costs 9.95 plus 49.95 in hidden subscription I responded to a free offer...just pay for shipping. Ha! I paid the 9.95 shipping for a piece of plastic with 4 plastic cylinders that get placed on the piece of plastic...the whole item would have sold in a dollar store and with USPS 2day shipping for 6.95 I would have saved $2 ...assuming I would have bought the garbage in the first place.... a couple weeks later I get a 49.95 charge for unknown reasons. I wrote them an email but no response. This business is predatory and a scam. Just shy of a bait and switch con! I'm reporting them to the FTC BBB and any other alphabet I can find, not to mention my State's IG office. They have no ethics. Stay clear!

GBGreat customer service! This company was fantastic to work with! I made a mistake with my initial online order, called and was able to talk to an actual representative right away who helped me cancel that order and order the correct item. The item arrived in a matter of days. Due to my initial mistake, there was a billing issue that I was able to call about and get resolved right away as well. AMAZING customer service!

GBAn “Ace” for Eagle Eye Rangefinders My concern when purchasing any product is a companies follow through is something goes wrong. GBI purchased the speed trap and got a membership too? I purchased the speed trap for my husband for Christmas. Now I find out that I also purchased a membership for videos that we haven't even seen. Buyer beware of the hidden charges with a purchase from this place. I will never purchase form them again.
