I wish I could give zero stars I bought a rangefinder from MGS and have no issues with the rangefinder so far. Shortly thereafter I received an email advising me of the benefits of their Loyalty Program. I responded in writing that I did not sign up for the loyalty program and they were not authorised to charge my credit card. A few weeks later I received a $29 charge on my credit card. I have now contacted the fraud department of my bank to get this resolved. This is not a reputable company.

Bought a 10$ mat and got charged 50$… Nice practice mat at a good price. I don’t like the idea of being automatically signed up for a $49.95 Monthly subscription when you purchase something but I was eventually able to cancel at no cost. The mobile version of the Website is a bit hard to use.

Got my first Eagle Eye and was… Got my first Eagle Eye and was experiencing measurement issues. I contacted customer service and they had me do some tech checks. I took the rangefinder back on the course and still experienced issues. I talked to Rob Connelly and he said he would immediately exchange. Within 4 days I had a new Eagle Eye and returned the old one. Replacement works perfectly. Many thanks to Rob and his team for their professionalism. Awesome service and experience It took several outings to work, get use to, and still sometimes hard to work properly, meaning it's like the pin , it's way far off, and sometimes it's super close and working properly. Don't know why that's happening, after putting it in the right mode. Couldn't read 3 holes yesterday yardage wise. Never configured
