GB$20 extra for two day shipping… NO SHIP I paid ~$20 extra for two day shipping on a Tuesday as I NEEDED the shoes by the weekend. Order confirmation and FedEx tracking came quickly. No problem!?? But then nothing more from FedEx. Shoes had not been shipped! Full refund and fully inconvenienced. Amazon came to the rescue, again. I guess smaller business can't compete in internet sales. 🤷

GBBest Customer Service Experience on the Planet I'm so very thankful that I stumbled upon Sun & Ski Sports! I recently made my 2nd major bike purchase this year. Jake, Tova and the rest of the Bike dept.'s staff were exceptional! Jake, Manager, provides the absolute best customer service/experience on the planet. This guy needs to be cloned and distributed to every retail establishment throughout the world. He's extremely knowledgeable, a great listener, and has been in the business for a long time. His outstanding professionalism has definitely rubbed off on his staff. I didn't mine driving 50 minutes away from home and passing numerous speciality bike shops in order to make my purchases with Jake. Sun & Ski sell both of the brands that I'm most interested in (Cannonade & Cervelo). This means that as long as I'm in anything bike related, I will be traveling there to make my purchases. Jake and his staff are the Gold-standard/Ritz-Carlton of providing outstanding customer service!!!!!!

GBI paid $30 to return bindings THEY gave… I paid $30 to return bindings THEY gave me incorrect details on; REFUSED me a free return shipping label AND didn't refund me the full amount. I've seen better customer service grow out of the side of a barn--LONG wait times & answers that sound like its a bot (unhelpful, non-human, nonsensical). We are a family of avid outdoorsy people, and Sun & Ski just LOST CUSTOMERS FOR GOOD. I've been dealing with Evo and Tactics... BOTH of which will give you the experience you want when buying gear online. Don't waste your time and money with this joke.

GBJust a great experience!! The ease of using the website and finding what I was looking for. The extra 10% off for signing up for emails and the free shipping made this a great experience. Customer service was excellent and supportive while FedEx had an issue with my delivery. After I contacted customer service FedEx seemed to get in gear and they delivered my package the next day. I am very happy!

GBFilled our need in time for our trip ! After my wife’s old hiking pole broke, I ordered a new pair from you and you delivered exactly what we wanted in time for our trip to Costa Rica. I am happy about both. I note that Fed Ex, who delivered the product, did not meet the commitment of one day delivery, which we paid for. They did meet a 2-day delivery which was adequate; perhaps I paid $3 extra for the one-day. Since the end result was acceptable, I can live with that. Thanks to you for delivering.
