USVery disappointing service from Sun & Ski Sports I ordered HOKA Mach 5, the price is Ok But can you imagine that they sent left shoe 8.5D(EU Size 42) and right shoe 8.5B(EU Size 40 2/3). I believe that one is men size 8.5 and another is women size 8.5. The phone is difficult to connect and I tried to sent Email and Live message, but still not got answer.Returns policy is very complicated and cost high.Never buy from this shop.

USSun & Ski Sends Used Pair Sneakers & Claims They “Can’t Guarantee An Untouched Pair” Bought new on cloud sneakers and they sent me a used pair. Customer service claimed these shoes were simply tried on in store and stated “we cannot guarantee an untouched pair”. The shoes had dirt and dirt water stains on the bottom, not to mention quite creased all along the outer bottom area. They did send a return label, but customer service is odd to deal with. Not worth the hassle if you want the new shoes you actually paid for since Sun & Ski stated they can’t guarantee an untouched pair after sending clearly used sneakers. Oh and the sneakers took 2 weeks to get from texas to the east coast. Can’t speak on their other items, but better off buying shoes elsewhere if that’s how they feel about sending used sneakers.

ECI´m so happy I found this store! I´m so happy I found sun and ski, these guys are amazing. The interface is a bit basic, but the prices are unbeatable. I was looking for a pair of Tecnica shoes, which I couldn´t find anywhere else in the color I wanted. When I made the purchase I was a bit afraid; it was the first time I had purchased from them and there were not many reviews available. The day after I placed my order, I received an e-mail from customer service, updating me on it. Customer service would reply immediately to all my e-mails and they were always super nice. I received my order in a timely manner and the shoes are amazing!!! I ended up buying more items from them, and I will definitively buy from them again. I highly recommend this store

USBest Customer Service Experience on the Planet I'm so very thankful that I stumbled upon Sun & Ski Sports! I recently made my 2nd major bike purchase this year. Jake, Tova and the rest of the Bike dept.'s staff were exceptional! Jake, Manager, provides the absolute best customer service/experience on the planet. This guy needs to be cloned and distributed to every retail establishment throughout the world. He's extremely knowledgeable, a great listener, and has been in the business for a long time. His outstanding professionalism has definitely rubbed off on his staff. I didn't mine driving 50 minutes away from home and passing numerous speciality bike shops in order to make my purchases with Jake. Sun & Ski sell both of the brands that I'm most interested in (Cannonade & Cervelo). This means that as long as I'm in anything bike related, I will be traveling there to make my purchases. Jake and his staff are the Gold-standard/Ritz-Carlton of providing outstanding customer service!!!!!!

USI paid $30 to return bindings THEY gave… I paid $30 to return bindings THEY gave me incorrect details on; REFUSED me a free return shipping label AND didn't refund me the full amount. I've seen better customer service grow out of the side of a barn--LONG wait times & answers that sound like its a bot (unhelpful, non-human, nonsensical). We are a family of avid outdoorsy people, and Sun & Ski just LOST CUSTOMERS FOR GOOD. I've been dealing with Evo and Tactics... BOTH of which will give you the experience you want when buying gear online. Don't waste your time and money with this joke.
