Shipping added a little extra, but they did get to me quickly, and even with the shipping, they were still a good deal. Impeccable Bike team Service! We had to go back twice within a week for bike returns for our 10-year old, who apparently was at the cusp of a 24” and adult (XS) 27.5” bike. While we’d expected the bike team to be annoyed with seeing us a 3rd time in a week, they were fully understanding AND even suggested we let our little one ride the 3rd (and final bike) outside for a while to assure this was “the one”. We are forever customers!
