GBGreat shopping experience They had great response and the bike I needed with great finance options that will allow me to avoid interest. After receiving my bike shipped from their TN store they inadvertently forgot to include the SRAM AXS battery charger. Upon me contacting them they apologized and assured me it would be shipped to me. Hopefully it will arrive soon. Overall, decent experience.

GBAffordable (but Chemical-y) Apparel It took a significant amount of time for the shipment to arrive. Once it arrived, my sweater smelled strongly of chemicals and had an extremely rough texture compared to the one I felt in-store. After a wash, it does feel/smell better, but the apparel just doesn't feel as soft/comfortable as the in-store option. That said, it cost half as much here - you get what you pay for!

GBFilled our need in time for our trip ! After my wife’s old hiking pole broke, I ordered a new pair from you and you delivered exactly what we wanted in time for our trip to Costa Rica. I am happy about both. I note that Fed Ex, who delivered the product, did not meet the commitment of one day delivery, which we paid for. They did meet a 2-day delivery which was adequate; perhaps I paid $3 extra for the one-day. Since the end result was acceptable, I can live with that. Thanks to you for delivering.

GBImpeccable Bike team Service! We had to go back twice within a week for bike returns for our 10-year old, who apparently was at the cusp of a 24” and adult (XS) 27.5” bike. While we’d expected the bike team to be annoyed with seeing us a 3rd time in a week, they were fully understanding AND even suggested we let our little one ride the 3rd (and final bike) outside for a while to assure this was “the one”. We are forever customers!
