GBTerrible communication I am not reviewing the product as still not received but placed an order over 2 weeks ago and despite numerous phone calls, emails I have heard nothing back which is very worrying given the costs involved. Happy to accept things maybe delayed but please please tell us.

GBGreat quality Great quality, so well made and timeless! A must for your saddle pad collection. I thought I would have 'PolyPads' embroidered on my pad as standard, as I didn't tick the box saying I didnt want that, but I think it meant the brand label being included on it not the brand embroidery. Cheaper postage/delivery would be nice but apart from that I'm happy with my purchase.

GBMy Polypad arrived as expected My Polypad arrived as expected. Buying from Polypad directly as I wanted the one and a half fill (not supplied by other sites I looked at) ment waiting 5-7 working days for it to be made. Once my order was complete Polypad sent by courier 48hrs service and it arrived the following day from when I received notification it was on its way.
