Christmas Bummer My Wife ordered a Bell Custom 500 motorcycle helmet from Movatik for me for Christmas. She sized the helmet (M 57cm-58cm) by using the size from my Arai helmet that fits perfectly (size M 57cm-58cm). When I tried the Bell helmet on, it did not fit. Not even close. We contacted Movatik to exchange the helmet for a larger size. Movatik replied that the sale was final because the sale price ended with a “.97” and is “Deep discounted.” Sure enough, their return policy has that disclaimer. The Helmet is a good price compared to full price, but only a few dollars less than other shops that have far better return policies. Super disappointing for first time customer experience. Lessons learned: 1. Read return policies before pulling the trigger. 2. Shop local if you need a sized item or go to one of the other players (Revzilla, J.P. Cycles etc.) who have better return/exchange policies.
