I ordered a bike travel bag from two different online companies who failed to tell me that they did not have the bag in their warehouse and it wouldn’t ship for another 2-3 weeks. I contacted Movatik and the responded by the end of the day to let me know they had the bag and would get it shipped ASAP. The bag got to my house in a timely manner and I could not be happier with their service and performance as a company. Highly recommend!

Movatik does it right I initially ordered an EVOC bike bag from another company (Pro Bike Kit) about six weeks before I was planning to fly with my bike. Their web site said it was on hand and would be delivered would be 5-7 business days. After waiting four weeks, the bag still wasn't delivered and the company couldn't give me an estimated new delivery date, so I decided to buy from Movatik. The experience was awesome! Movatik's price was much cheaper than most other sellers and the bag was delivered to my door in 3-5 days as described on their web page. They also followed up to see how the deliver went and to ensure the product was ok. This is how it should work. I'll definitely shop with them again.

Great price, great return process Ordered some rear racks for my bikes, attempted install on one, didn’t fit properly, packed it back up with all the bits and bobs, shipped it back with the label provided, got a full refund. Pleasure doing business with these guys.
