First class service I inadvertently ordered a bike rack at a very good price that could not be used with a trailer hitch appropriate for my car. The rack was shipped immediately after I ordered it. Kuat Sherpa 2.0 Bought the Kuat Sherpa 2.0. Love it! It’s high quality construction at a reasonable price. Movatik has it cheaper than anyone else ($498) and it arrived within a week. It’s a bonus that it comes with a locking trailer hitch through pin too and a long bike lock. Definitely read the unpacking/assembly before pulling everything out of the box. The hitch portion needs to stay put because the box acts like an assembly platform. I’d buy it again and again.
