Giro helmet The helmet I ordered was not the picture color you showed instead of a dark grey it showed I received a light grey almost white. I am a first time customer, hoping to use this site more often. I did receive an email unfortunately that color is not an option and its a Christmas gift.

Excellent service Excellent service. I ordered a bike travel bag from two different online companies who failed to tell me that they did not have the bag in their warehouse and it wouldn’t ship for another 2-3 weeks. I contacted Movatik and the responded by the end of the day to let me know they had the bag and would get it shipped ASAP. The bag got to my house in a timely manner and I could not be happier with their service and performance as a company. Highly recommend!

Kuat Sherpa 2.0 Bought the Kuat Sherpa 2.0. Love it! It’s high quality construction at a reasonable price. Movatik has it cheaper than anyone else ($498) and it arrived within a week. It’s a bonus that it comes with a locking trailer hitch through pin too and a long bike lock. Definitely read the unpacking/assembly before pulling everything out of the box. The hitch portion needs to stay put because the box acts like an assembly platform. I’d buy it again and again.

Awful Customer Service Awful customer service. Purchased a bike rack. Tried it on the car once to see if it worked. It did not. I purchased from this site because item was a decent price and it was an open box. Per the website, open box items would be treated as new and returns would be available. Returned, but was denied a refund because it was not considered "new." Ridiculous. Asked staff to reconsider, no response. HORRIBLE. AVOID THIS BUSINESS.
